Nice place to stay got short trip. Breakfast is ok. Transport facilities are good near the area. Checking is early

I stayed with my son for 2 nights. I had taken a premium room and the room was quiet neat and spacious. Bathroom was clean except a shaking cover for the closet and show door not closing properly. Breakfast was decent. They just gave a 500 ml water for 1 person for 24 hours, if you need more water then you pay for it, which i found little awkward. Location is in the hustle and bustle of grant road and for those who likes a quiet place then this is not the place. Overall decent stay but its overpriced for the hotel.

The locality was very safe and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the orient regency hotel.

I had booked a city view room however there was no window at all, forget about the view. Felt claustrophobic, and weird. They should be clear with their description on mmt. Food is ok, not much change in options, for someone staying for many days certainly goes without options.

Everything was perfect and excellent. Right from the front desk, staff, restaurant. We are delighted.

Hotel is very good. Well maintained. Rooms were little small as we were 3 people. Rest need to add more accessories like bathroom slippers. Breakfast is also good.

Hotel was ok. But room was small price was not up to the mark. Room very noisy. Not like * 3000/ night must be the room charges instead of 6000/ night.

Hotel location is good but doesn't seem to be 3 star hotel. Breakfast included was just okay and need lot of improvement for better customer experience as good as 2 or 3 star hotel. Pols work on hygiene and overall cleanliness in rooms.

Room size and comfort are not as per the rate charged. Overall ambience is not friendly .this is not the right location for anyfamily to stay as outside there are daily vendors commercial daily activities remains on

Zero service to customer at emergency situations by the hotel as well as makemytrip. No execeptions and no contingency plan. Unsatisfactory responses in terms of cancellation in emergency situations. Make my trip does not have any plan for cancellation at exceptions. Even the loyal customer of makemytrip is unhappy and they dont serve them well. They just convince the hotel for booking but cannot convince them for cancellation. Not at all recommended

Location is good but the area is not so good for family. It is advised only if you are on business, else not food is ok, nothing so great

The room was so cramped up there's hardly any space to move. Basically its a very cramped up room for that price

I am very disappointed. Very poor rooms poor location so so bad quality of food. I have left my breakfast in between. Staff were not friendly at all. They were very very rude. I am a travel vloger. I informed them earlier give me nice room and nice service. But they were so rude. In the night there were cockroaches in the room.
