Good Hotel and the rooms themselves are also good, but the approach and service were utterly inadequate. Though, both the cafe boy and the service lad were really helpful. Additionally, there is no lift facility. Every day, after cleaning the rooms, they give out two tiny mineral water bottles on their own time, while we go sight-seeing, but they stick on their baseless rules !!! When we requested a bottle at 8 a.m., they rudely refused and said we may put the same after cleaning the room. We explain that we will go out daily early in the morning and return at night after 12 o'clock every day, but they never make an effort to comprehend. They are beloved Sai baba's follower. Love and respect to them..Pranam and Salute to them all...but Sorry friends, review should be true and without malice.

Walls were smelly, linen weren't clean, room was full of moulds and there was lot of noise. I was travelling for the 1st time, so did this mistake. You can get better options at this budget. Only good point was there was a market outside the hotel.

very good hotel budget friendly best staff they support very nicely good breakfast service is nice room is clean and good staff response is very nice location is best of best near by airport and Santa Cruz station is walkable distance m staying one more day here..... the person on reception is awsome

Please do not stay in this hotel. The amount paid and the room given is completely different. There is no match at all. The walls are completely damp and the flooring is out in few of the places. The liens provided are not good. We did not feel like staying in this hotel at all. The telephone was not working and there was no hot water supply. The chair provided was full of dust and the fridge was not working. Just had a terrible stay. Please avoid staying in this hotel.
