The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained....The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring Mumbai. .....Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers...

Being in the heart of city the location of this hotel is pathetic, every floor has a different hotel, the outer look of the building will make u feel like you are at ruins of some 100 of year old civilisation, the staff is greedy for money, very rude and pathetic. The lifts are so bad that you will have to wait for 15-20 min to either go up or to come down, we preferred using stairs with the luggage in our hand from 7th floor. It was hard to convince that hotel must provide gst bills so that we can claim it from our office, when we insisted they added the additional 12% in the name of gst where earlier they said the price is all inclusive. We travel to mumbai very 15 days and this was the worst hotel ever. I don’t know why people gave positive comments for this property which convinced us to book our stay. Beware before booking.

Good location exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a stay in the BKC area.

Wonderful setting in the Scottish countryside! The view from the guest room was amazing and lives up to its name of "Hillview Cottage!" Jon was extremely friendly and had plenty of good recommendations of things to do, see, and eat in the area. I would recommend visiting for at least a day or two and using Hillview Cottage as a home base! He cooks a mean breakfast that is large and tasty! We would gladly stay again if in the area!

We booked this last minute after a rough day and it was just what we needed: friendly owner who cheered us up, friendly dogs (including a puppy to snuggle), comfortable room, good breakfast. Would stay again!
