Budget hotel. Very clean and tidy. Convineant location for travelers and a landmark hotel. Good for family stay in Mumbai. Visited here with my dad. Location is very prime and good South Indian vegetarian restaurants nearby the hotel. Staff are courteous. Maintained the quality standards nicely. I will visit one more time if I am in Mumbai

The rooms were the perfect size for 2 people It might look small, but it's a really good place for a good night's sleep. The bathroom too is just the perfect size for one person. The staff there were quite hospitable. There is a cafetria inside.

The hotel is far better than other hotels in the area with the same budget. It has the same average Mumbai hotel room size but the cleanliness and customer pleasure is taken very seriously. The staff are generous and cooperative. The only thing that can be improved would be probably installing a lift in the facility and increasing the water pressure in the taps.

Hotel Kumkum is in the heart of the city, the famous places of Mumbai are easily approachable within a few kms. The hotel is very well maintained and staff are extremely good with the services. Overall my stay at Hotel Kumkum was very satisfying.

The stay is okay. But I'm deeply disappointed with modification of my booking. First I booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Due to change in my tour plan I informed them to cancel day 2 booking 3 days back. But the hotel is rejected so I lost about Rs.6000. So, my suggestion is don't pay money for booking in advance. They don't have any hu***e concern and rude on customers.

Great Location. Good staffs. Proper sanitation. I strongly recommend this hotel for hassle free stay. Prime locations are minutes away. It’s very helpful if you are visiting for sightseeing. Choose single occupancy if luggage are less otherwise book bigger room.

Very nice place and Super friendly staff. The Air conditioner worked great , bed was very comfortable and had ***y pillows. Good location. I don't have anything negative to say. I would definitely stay here again.

Neat and clean room, washroom. Location is good. Staff service is nice. Room is small 10x10 , bathroom is also small, but good in this budget 2500 per night I did not find any decent restaurant near by although they will bring food for u on order. There is no balcony bt terrace is there. They allow you to put luggage after checkout.
