Reviews of Bentley Hotel, Marine Drive

Clean and simple place to stay. I didn’t have a window so it felt a little claustrophobic. Nobody cleaned my room until I asked them to on day 3. The housekeeper only entered my room after noticing I had come back after a long day, around 1630. The hot water was also not very hot, and didn’t last for a long time (perhaps I wasn’t using it correctly..). Anyway, if you’re used to western hotels, I would HIGHLY recommend just splurging on one of the nicer ones. You won’t regret it.

Perfect location. Staff were extremely helpful. Good breakfast and they accommodated us with early breakfast on our departure day.

Excellent location, attentive staff, and 24-hour security. The room has a kettle, crockery, and daily cleaning. The hotel occupies the entire floor. I recommend it!

The water heater in the bathroom wasn't working, and the shower pressure was low. The bed was nice and comfortable.

It's a beautiful hotel facing Marine Drive. Breakfast was included, which was nice.

Solo older female traveller here, my first time in Mumbai. I chose this Hotel based on previous Tripadvisor comments. I chose really well! The location is just the best, 1 minute walk to watch the sun go down on the Arabian Sea on Marine Drive & catch the breeze. 10 minutes walk to Churchgate Station, I bought a 5 day rail pass. Next to Wankhede Stadium, very well known pick-up, drop-off for Uber drivers. Safe streets to walk 10 minutes to great choice of restaurants (Samrat) was fantastic for Thali. I had a huge room, with en-suite, air-con, ceiling fan, big fridge. My room (115) overlooked trees & the open Cricket Stadium arrival area. The room had 2 chairs & table by the opening patio window for the breakfast-it is room service only. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows & cover in the wardrobe, if you needed them. The staff were the best part of this Hotel. They all could not do enough for you. Luggage is not allowed in the small lift, but it was carried up & down the stairs. A lovely staff member waited with for my Uber to the airport & loaded my suitcase in to the car. Bottled water was available for the asking. Hot drink making facilities in the room. Breakfast was ordered by phone, and delivered on a tray. I liked the omelette option, toast, jam, milky chai. I sat by the window & watched striped jungle squirrels play. The room was an oasis of calm from the bustle of Mumbai. However there was road noise as it was close to a busy road junction. But it didn’t bother me. The Hotel is on the 3rd floor of a residential building, there is a small reception & a service kitchen for breakfast preparation. No other communal areas. An Indian VIP lives on the same floor & he has guards on the landing, I spoke to them every day. It was superb value, just around the corner from the likes of the Intercontinental & Ambassador Hotels. I will return & I will most definitely stay at this Hotel again.

Plus point of this hotel is location and it’s opposite of Marine Drive and next to Mumbai Crickets stadium and staff are very supportive and room and bathroom are very clean only disadvantage is no restaurant and I ordered from outside hotel and Zomato and NO Parking available, I had to park in pay parked area near Church Gate station around 1km far from hotel , but if no car then very good hotel

Hotel room is well spacious and neat & clean , cooperative staff and location is also very good. Very close to wankhede stadium

Located in a beautiful location overlooking the Marine drive, the deluxe room is spacious, very well equipped and for the price range a quite comfortable and peaceful stay.

"Bhai, ye room to shuru hote se khatam ho gaya" this exact dialog i remembered when I entered the room. The room width was just to fit the queen size bed. The length of the room was ok. Location : Sea facing. awesome view if you take Sea facing room. parking : I could not see any car parked or place to park. Only one water bottle offered. Breakfast : Taste was okay

Prime location with some rooms offering sea view . Clean and modern rooms . Great location near marine drive and walkable to Gateway of India .

Very near to Wankhede Stadium and opposite to Marine Drive. Clean rooms. Hotel has breakfast facility but no restaurant. Good for family, Solo, Friend Group travellers.

Extremely shabby rooms for the price. Even charges for water which is not complimentary. No proper breakfast area or buffet. Cannot have veg breakfast items if you choose non-veg.

first location is too good. just road cross see the Marine drive. room is clean. breakfast quality is good.
