Hotel location is near sakinaka metro and bushland also nearby. Not suitable for family stay. Ideal for business trip stay of one or two days. Rates are cheaper in corporate bookings. Food was good and rooms are also good considering the fare category

I asked to get cake delivered to my brother on his birthday, which I have sent to hotel my self one day before in evening , but they told lie they had delivered in night they forgot after multiple follow up they did in morning.very bad experience.

The room was way too small for anyone to be comfortable. The washroom was dirty and had clogging issues because it wasn’t properly maintained but the staffs were very cooperative. Overall it wasn’t the worst but then i won’t recommend you to book this hotel as you’ll get better hotels in same price.

I did not like the room. There are no windows. The bathroom is made of glass walls and is one foot above the floor. Very difficult for us senior citizens. We had to specifically ask for towels, soap and shampoo. The hand wash soap dispenser did not work. It was replaced only after we complained. Worst part is the cover of the flush kept falling into the comode. Simply terrible experience.

The hotel is a good one. Cleanliness was good and staff was also good, location is good but if you wanna go towards andheri east. Sakinaka junction is having huge traffic during the busy hours. Rooms are small but manageable. Bathroom is okay but could have been better as the shower is not working properly i stayed in 2 different rooms both had a shower issue. Standard room bathroom was a bit smelly. The pink color liquid soap they use are having a bad smell. Overall but the hotel and service is quite good

Room were small. Bathroom door was with full on rust. Cupboard was broken
no place for a trolley bag to open
