It's average for the price and the facilities and location aren't that great.
Breakfast was also very monotonous and I ended up donating blood to a ton of mosquitoes.
Next time it would be better near the airport.

Worst experience. I have stayed in hotels in more than 50 countries and this was amongst one of my worst experiences. They made a wrong invoice and I sent them ***y emails to correct but they did not. When I called on phone a lady by the name Maria attended the phone and instead of accepting their mistake said she is being "harassed". She gave phone number of accounts which was never answered. I wrote to their ***agement team but they also did not care to reply. I am sorry for choosing this hotel and will never come back again here.

This was our second stay at Regal Enclave. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed was really excellent.The staff is also very nice, eager to please. The free breakfast every day was excellent. They have a variety of dishes daily and an omelet station too. They also offer pickup and drop off to the airport; previously it was free but now they charge for the pickup.
The only cons to this hotel is it needs to be updated. The bathrooms especially you can notice the age of the property. The sinks leaked and was cracked. Also more electrical outlets in the room would be good. Another thing is the location although convenient is not the best as its close to Khar station which is dirty, but well you get used to it! Some nights were noisy as there were bands outside playing music loudly.(not the fault of the hotel). Its better to get a room on the higher floors.All in all we had a very pleasant stay! Would recommend.

Location is perfect. Room Service is really good and staff courteous. Restaurant ***ager was not very accommodating. Some maintenance issues, particularly Bathrooms. Quite stained. TV was non functional, actually did not bother to get it rectified.

I stayed in Mumbai for two weeks on a combination of leisure and business and found the Regal Enclave by the far the most pleasant place that I stayed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and gentle to my American stomach (I became ill after a meal at another hotel in the area). The staff was also always pleasant and helpful. One area for improvement is the Wi-Fi; the connection was at best spotty and at worst non-existent, so conducting substantial work from the room was not feasible. However, from my experience, this appears to a be universal feature of hotels within this price range in the area, so the Regal Enclave is by no means unique in this regard. I would certainly stay again on a return visit.

This is the one hotel I have stayed during my visits to Mumbai. Be it a one night stay or 3 or 4 days stay, I prefer this boutique hotel. The hotel is located at a very convenient place being not very far off from the Mumbai Airports. Shopping areas are very close by. The staff are very friendly and go all out if you need any help. The breakfast spread is a small but good one. I am of the opinion that it is a "value for money" hotel in the city of Mumbai. A special mention about Ms. Maria at the front desk who has been there since ***y years and goes all out if you need any help. Will I visit this hotel again? Yes, surely.
