Conveniently near airport but not in a glitzy or interesting area. There isn’t much in the neighborhood to see or visit as it’s rather far from downtown. But the proximity to the airport makes it very helpful for early flights. Check in was smooth if a touch longer than expected. Breakfast was just ok—nothing too fancy. Elevators were old style, with cages and heavy doors. I’d hate to be in a room right by the elevator—too much slamming. Staff were friendly enough in the small restaurant. Room has all the basic one needs with a retro design that gives an interesting if not truly authentic feel. Room view was into the dusty street. For the price, I think you get fairly decent value and bathroom felt nice and new with ok products and good water pressure. I’d stay in downtown next time but overall a good choice.

Hotel with good facilities. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed their bar and restaurant facilities. I just wish that the lift was a little bigger

Clean and cozy hotel near the airport. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. The restaurant was a bit pricey.

Pros:Staff is very kind, and room is very big. Cons: WiFi can not connect in the restaurant. A lot of mosquitos were very annoying

Average property. Very small rooms. Uncomfortable bed. Avoid if possible for long stays. Breakfast is good.

At the Mumbai airport, at the security check, without explanation, I was not allowed to leave the airport, although I had a layover at 7 p.m. The visa was in order. I explained this situation to the hotel, but they refused to cancel my reservation. I was very upset that I was unable to visit Mumbai and that the hotel refused.

Perfectly acceptable hotel. Nothing amazing to comment on but I have no complaints either. Not too far from the airport by taxi if you're staying during an overnight lay-over like I was. Use uber rather than the airport taxi desk to avoid getting ripped off like me though. Bed was large and comfortable. I had breakfast included and that seemed good. I didn't have time to try much - just a few pastries - but they had cooked dosa and omelettes available to order.

1. Internet in the room did not work for more than one device and attempts by the hotel to rectify resulted in even the TV not working. 2. We had to sign a declaration outside food and beverages will not be consumed in the room. We found this very archaic and dictatorial, and a bit offensive for the guests. 3. The food and beverages in the hotel restaurant is frightfully expensive.

The hotel is less than 10 mins from the airport. The room is big and clean. The staff are very nice.

I was very happy as soon as I got into the room, the breakfast was very nice staff were very polite and helpful. I will use T24 again..

Overall it was a nice experience. Retro vibes is a vibe.
