Living Hotel am Deutschen Museum
3.9/562 Reviews
The location is very good, very close to the Deutsches Museum, passing through a green belt and a very beautiful river. And even walking to Munich city centre and Marianne Square is 20-30 minutes. And the separation of a river makes the hotel very quiet. And next to the hotel is an Audi 4S shop, you can go in and see the price of Audi in Germany, haha But I have to say that the conditions inside the room are really average. I am giving the room type with a loft inside the top floor. The bedroom was very small, and I could only put down a bed. I was very happy to see that the bedroom was pushed out and there was a large terrace. But then I found that the terrace was completely connected to the next door, which was not in line with the Chinese people’s habits. It also makes people feel unsafe. The air conditioning in the room is almost equal to the display, plus a few days just arrived in Munich, the sun is shining, it is very hot. So it is difficult to sleep at night. I don't know if it is only the top floor room type. This is an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen in the room. If you want to cook for yourself, it is very convenient. I don't know what it is. In the few days we stayed, we saw that almost half of the tourists in the hotel were Indians. The room area was full of curry.

There is nothing particularly special about this hotel; it has a very high standard of being normal. Everything is clean, the breakfast buffet is fine, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. Only 4-out-of-5 points because the rooms are a bit small (but that is normal for European hotels, I guess), and it is on a busy street. Still, I would definitely come here again.
Marias Platzl

Marias Platzl is a quirky hotel, think upside down tin buckets for lampshades and plates hanging on the wall everywhere - a nod to Bavarian history in Munich as I understand it! The location is what I would describe as neighbourhood residential, a nice pleasant feel with Marian Platz just over the road and being about 15 minutes walk to more central attractions. We booked what I think was the superior room, it was an okay size but I would call it standard, the next double size down is quite possibly very small. It had everything we needed though, storage space, window seat overlooking the square and a nice homely feel. The bathroom isn't segregated and a single sliding door covers either the shower or toilet, not quite ideal for 2 people wanting to use one facility at the same time as the other. Nice products provided. Breakfast was good, a range of continental items including muesli, breads, pastries, cold meet and cheese, and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Very friendly staff and outdoor seating available in the 'pub' garden. I score this less well on value for money but think we picked a busy weekend in summer when prices are at their highest. I would recommend.
Motel One Munich - Deutsches Museum

The location of the hotel is very good. It is about 1.8 kilometers walk to Marienplatz, which is very convenient for travel. There are many museums to visit nearby. The hotel room is small, but it is very cost-effective for a holiday stay. There is no kettle, drinking cup or coffee machine in the room. But the hotel lobby is very beautiful and the waiters are very friendly. The bar is particularly great. Because the room is small, there are many customers drinking, chatting and playing board games at the bar in the evening. Breakfast is 16.9 euros and very rich.

The breakfast was great, the food was plentiful and the location was a bit. The room was 26 square meters large. It can be an extra bed and not far from the museum area. Suitable for bringing children to live. The facade of the hotel is small, the interior is still exquisite, not very warm
