Hotels near Freiham, Munich

The hotel is located in Germering / Unterpfaffenhofen and is very cheap for visits to Munich and the surroundings (5-Seen-Land). It is newly renovated and very clean. The prices are very cheap - we paid with breakfast 125 EUR for 2 nights. Breakfast buffet offers something for everyone and is very extensive. Reception at the reception was friendly, check-in quickly and uncomplicated. The rooms are very small, however. The bathroom offers little deposit area, there is no box (this is not so tragic), but also for the bag offers little place. All in all the rooms are OK for the night. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very quiet. There is also a GRATIS parking garage ! - that is now very rare - directly below the hotel. The infrastructure is very good - local and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn Germering is about 10 minutes. This is about 30 minutes to the center of Munich. One point of criticism: There is still a little delay in the point of sustainability. On the one hand, the plastic bottles for tooth cleaning, which are once again sold in plastic, but also at breakfast there is still a lot of plastic (marmelade, yoghurt...etc), here you could find better solutions

Als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Italien ok. Für „Urlaubsfeeling“ nicht so das Richtige. Pluspunkte: Sauber und neu. Frühstück ist toll, die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Dass man den Pool auf dem Dach nicht nutzen, darf als Hausgast finde ich seltsam, weil ich es von anderen Hotels anders kenne. Dass keine Kinder auf der Dachterrasse erlaubt sind, ist für mich persönlich auch eher befremdlich. Vor allem weil es wirklich nett ausgewähltes Kinderspielzeug in der Lobby gibt (HABA Puppen, neue Klappbücher, Holzspielzeug…). Irgendwie ist das für mich nicht stimmig, aber die Hotels die so viele eigene Regeln haben sind ja irgendwie im Kommen. Essen nur hinten, keine Getränke dort, bestellen bitte nur da, Kinder nur hier aber nicht dort…. Wenn man mal alles verstanden hat, ist das für‘s Personal sicher angenehm. Vielleicht bin ich auch verwöhnt. In Tirol , Südtirol… ist es anders. Der Gast ist dort die Hauptperson. Hier eher nicht soooooo…. Lage ist eher so 4-, allerdings ist es halt einfach ruhig nachts, so mitten in einem Gewerbegebiet. Für einen reinen Stadturlaub in München würde ich mir was zentraleres und gemütlicheres suchen. Als Zwischenstopp ist es ok. Mit Bus und Bahn ist man so ca in ca 40 Minuten in der Stadt (wenn man gerade den Bus bekommt, fährt all 20 Minuten). Würde, jetzt wo ich alles verstanden habe eventuell wiederkommen.

I liked it so much. It's new and clean, but the interior is really pretty Not near Munich Central Station, but transportation is not bad because it is within walking distance from Munich-Pasing station The staff were friendly and I would like to stay at this hostel again next time I go to Munich

Only down side to this hotel is the lack of Reception or Room servicing during the weekend, I felt that if the room was not going to be serviced that more towels for the bathroom and more than 3 coffees, teas etc be left on the friday. Other than that it was a good Hotel. Being close to the S-Bann station, (walk 10 meters from door of hotel) was a bonus. One of the S-bann lines connects with the airport, so no change of train necessary with luggage. One down grade is that at check in we were told we didnt have breakfast, when on their website they state free breakfast, we cooked our own in the room, to save confusion.

Sehr freundliches Personal in einer idyllischen Lage. Innerhalb 10 Minuten ist man am Marienplatz mit den ÖPNV. Ist definitiv seinen Preis wert, vor allem wenn man für einen Aufenthalt in München nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben will. Würde ich bei meinem nächsten Abstecher nach München nochmal buchen.

The location of the hotel is a bit biased, but it is convenient for self-driving, and parking is available on the street outside the hotel. The front desk clerk has a good attitude. The square is clean and there are microwave ovens and induction cookers for easy and simple cooking.

We were here five nights as a family and felt very well. Friendly staff, a multi-faced breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, very clean, fair price-performance ratio. Because of tape is not suitable for allergics. Lightly (but thanks to quiet people, there was no problem). We left the car standing in the nearness of the hotel and were all the time on the way with ÖV (City Pass). Whether it would be like that again. Recommend the hotel and would also come back on your own.

I'm really conflicted about this hotel, in some ways it's a great hotel and in others not so much. I'll start with check in, I booked a ”Queen bed” which to me means bigger than double especially as there is an option for just a double. so had to pay to upgrade to a ”executive room” which had the bigger bed, so another €60 on to our bill, but was discounted from €90. room was big, bed was very big and very comfortable. had to ask for a kettle (had a coffee machine but no kettle) had a minibar so a fridge which the first room didn't have even tho website says a minibar. all rooms have balconies but no furniture out there so I had to ask for chairs, also dont think the balconies have been cleaned in a while, i left foot prints in the dust. bathroom was old and needs refurbishment, shower pressure is rubbish, water drains very slowly and bath has all gone rusty. our first room was right next to the second room and overlooked some car park but then right next to it is a factory and then behind that some excavation work is taking place, the 1st night all was quiet as it was Easter but the second night from 3.30am lorries with there reversing noises where going on and that night the factory noise went on till almost 10pm. this is not the hotels fault- but if booking a room I would ask for a different location for room. breakfast was beautiful, everything u would want, all presented lovely and u could have omlette made to order. we used the resturant the 1st night, the food was very nice but very expensive- but we later found out this is how Germany is. Husband used the gym- mini gym as they call it and it is mini but it kept him happy for an hour. pool is a added bonus but pictures make it look bigger than it is, Sadly it was far too cold for me to get in and the steam/sauna are only turned on at certain times and we missed the time slot but they both looked good sizes. all the staff we came across, from reception, to restaurant and breakfast staff and especially the cleaners were lovely, very polite and helpful if u have any questions or requests. we would stay here again if it was the original price for the larger bed and if we had a different room location.
