Breakfast are great but this hotel doesn’t provide room slipper & water.

Very old hotel and non polite staff and the room a/c was not cooling and when we ask why they said they will give us a fan??????? Never this to book in this hotel

The hotel is not far from the subway station, about 7-8 minutes walk, but there is no subway directly to the hotel from the train station, you need to transfer! The lemonade in the lobby is good, the room is quite large, the facilities are good, there is a refrigerator! But the price is expensive

A four-star hotel has a lot of guests, so the service is relatively poor. Barely ok

This summer, I stayed at the Marriott Hotel for the third time in Europe, Basel, Cologne, Munich.

On arrival we unfortunately had to find out that housekeeping had not prepared the room despite our late arrival. After waiting again and asking again, we had to wait again. Other people we met at check-in had the exact same problem. Parking costs €24 for one night, which is steep for Munich but should be normal. The next day at breakfast, our name was not found in the system, despite having booked breakfast in advance. This was clarified at checkout, but still caused some confusion. We felt it was all a bit unprofessional.
