It was a relaxing night. Great pool. And good variety for breakfast. Good value for the money.

The lobby looks good and new. However, once you entered the room, you smelt the mouldy smell. The carpet is grey and full of stain and bad smell. Need to bring your slippers to avoid your feet touching the carpet.

I seldom give bad reviews to the service staff because no matter in which country the service staff is hard and will face a lot of unfriendly guests. But this time in Westin made me feel very bad. Total three days of breakfast, first day because I went with my dad and I could see well with my baby. The second day dad was too tired to join us. I was the only one to babysit a one year old baby. While I was ordering tea with the waitress, she accidentally knocked over the milk and spilled it all over the table. But the first thing I did was apologize to a lady server and assisted her in cleaning it up. Of course it was not clean as new. When we went back on the third day, an older male waiter came over to chastise us before we even sat down, presumably meaning that he had soiled the dining chairs yesterday and told us to sit in the baby chairs. I stated that there was no problem and apologized again. Surprisingly he shrugged it off and left without bringing me the baby chair and without serving me tea. You can imagine how embarrassed I was. The person who came to enjoy the service was scolded. That wasn't enough. This time I was with my dad and the baby wasn't creating extra trash and I could make sure the table was clean. The way normal polite people would bring it. The man ended up coming back to chant as we were leaving and kept saying we created trash.????? You didn't have a single crumb from your meal? If you don't want to serve customers, you have the option of changing jobs. Several other lady waiters were very friendly. What was a very good impression of the hotel was ruined by this one person. We will be going to Munich often but are not going to choose this hotel again. No one wants to be stared at by a mean person while eating breakfast.

The most annoying thing is that the water temperature in the shower room often fluctuates, and users cannot fully enjoy the relaxation brought by the shower. Instead, they worry about whether the water temperature will change suddenly in the next second. The breakfast is fully self-service, with a wide variety of options. There are six or seven kinds of juice alone, which can be said to be very rich. All kinds of food are safe and delicious, and it is a satisfying experience to enjoy breakfast here.

Although the facilities are a bit old, the stay is still good in all aspects.

First time in the hotel and it was very pleasant except for the SPA center. The sauna was much too small for the large building. But there was a first-class breakfast and in the evening the room next to the bar was a very good place for business discussions. My customer was impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff, and I agree! I will happily book this hotel again on my next business visit!

We booked an executive suite, which was a decent size. It was two interconnected rooms (with two bathrooms). We added a bed in the living room as requested, but we charged an extra bed fee. The room facilities were old, but the maintenance was OK. The air conditioner switch was a very old dial. Noise and bathroom drainage were no problem. Clean. There were quite a lot of breakfast items, and there were some automatic machines, such as automatic pancake making, jam squeezing and chocolate sauce making, which were quite fun. They also provided food from various countries, processco sparkling wine and other drinks. However, the bad thing was that the service was really not up to this standard. There was no luggage, and the attitude of the front desk was also average. The first time I made a key, I didn't get permission to go to the executive floor. The child had a birthday during the stay, but there was no expression. Don't expect too much. The meals on the executive floor were average, and the drinks were beer and a kind of German red and white wine. The swimming pool and gym were relatively small. As for the location, it is far from the city center, about 15 minutes by tram, which is quite convenient. You can play around if you buy a one-day ticket. There is a British park and a large forest next to it where you can take a stroll.
