Low level of services. One of the reading lights was not working. Long procedure during check in. The door of bathroom is not closing properly, hence it is not suitable for a room of multiple persons. This is not a defect, it is by design so. As an addition dueing messe events it is exceptionally expensive. Altogether not a good value for money.

I came to the exhibition. I was tired of running back and forth every day because I brought a lot of things, so I booked a room opposite the exhibition hall. The room is small, but the location is convenient and the breakfast is good. Overall it is good.

We were very positively surprised by this hotel. From the personal welcome, accessibility/service (for example, the remote control for the TV was missing in our room, but it was brought immediately), friendliness and unbureaucratic willingness to provide an extra service (we needed a printout of a day ticket). Room facilities are completely sufficient for one or two nights. For longer stays, I would prefer more comfortable seating. Bathroom facilities are absolutely sufficient. All we can say about breakfast is: fantastic! To be fair, however, we have to say that we had breakfast in H4. An unexpected upgrade! H 2 and H 4 are right next to each other and connected by a corridor. There are transport links and shopping opportunities in the arcades within walking distance.

I stayed for 6 nights on a business trip. Because of the exhibition, the price was not cheap even though I booked it several months in advance. The price was cheaper after the exhibition! The breakfast variety was basically the same every day. The front desk service attitude was good, but the efficiency was not very good. The room was too small and there was nothing, not even napkins. I asked for it several times and they said they would deliver it, but there was no trace. When it was delivered the next day, it was gone after I used it.
