Are all German staff a bit cranky? We really enjoyed it overall, apart from some staff who were not overly friendly or helpful... apart from 1 younger woman who was nice. Happy to go back, and it is nice with good views and value for money.

Stayed here for 4 night. Good location near with a tram station just next to the hotel. My flight arrived early for check in but they had rooms available so they were accommodating. After long flight, I really appreciate that. And yes, electric kattle available.

Amazing hotel, really clean and very good size room. I was staying for a business meeting and the location is very convenient and you have an Aldi on the same building. Quite nights as well. I would definitely come back!

If you a sleeping geek, this hotel is for you. It was the best night for me. The words written on the billboard at the entrance to the hotel turned out to be true. I didn't want to get out of bed, I wanted to lie down all day. The pillow is thick and comfortable, the blanket is super, the mattress too. Eucalyptus and mint scented shampoo made my morning too. The hotel is clean, convenient public transport accessibility.

The check in took a bit longer that day. However, overall the Premier Inn is an good business Hotel with an extraordinary price value ratio.

The location of the hotel is convenient for public transportation and there are grocery stores nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and the room we booked was clean.

The place is really nice and affordable, I’d definitely book this place again if i have to visit Munich. Very nice and friendly service people. The only con is that the hotel is a bit far from the city centre. Everything else is just perfect

Good value. Comfortable, modern furnished rooms with very easy access to trams, buses and subway routes to travel to Munich's attractions. Staff was very friendly. Lounge is nice for an evening drink. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Munich

Everything was good except the parking you have to pay 12 euros per night plus there are banners park at your own risk.

The room was rather nice, albeit not very clean. The TV wouldn't connect to out devices to watch Netflix and when the staff came to check they didn't try to solve the issue, but just said "they didn't know" and left. On the bright side, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to reach the city centre within 25 minutes.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve used. It’s so new nice and clean. The bedroom was fantastic with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very tidy with a shower. The hotel doesn’t seem like Premier Inn but one of the four star hotels. The only negative was not checking us in at 12 noon. Early check in has become the norm nowadays and I know that as a fact as someone who has traveled a lot and used different hotel groups. This was the first time they refused to check me in early. The female receptionist we met was not friendly or welcoming at all. She didn’t even acknowledge us when she was on the phone and didn’t when she finished. She’s one of those unfriendly receptionists. But she allowed us to leave our bags and go out. Fortunately, we met a different receptionist who was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend the hotel.
