Good location. Great size of room and quiet zone of the city.

The only reason to go this hotel is for Ispo- the location is good for Ispo as the ubahn stations are close to the hotel , 3-5min by walking . This is on U2 line so easy to access to both Ispo venue and city center. The breakfast was good -

It is just at the Silber station on the U2 subway line, a 3-minute walk from the subway station, a 10-minute walk to Munich Central Station, and a 15-minute subway ride to Marienplatz. We bought a two-day package, which includes all public transportation in the city. It is good value for money. Although the room is a little small, it has everything. There is a balcony, which is convenient for smoking and drying clothes. There is also a coffee machine, induction cooker hood, kettle, and refrigerator. There is also a separate door between the bathroom and the bedroom, which is convenient for people who get up early to wash and will not affect others' sleep. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is good. If you eat a meal of the same quality in Munich, it will cost several hundred yuan. So the hotel includes breakfast, which is super cost-effective. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage. The front desk will give you a room card for the storage room, and you can put it in the storage room on the negative 1 floor by yourself. It is completely self-managed. The hotel is in a quiet community, the environment is quiet, and you sleep well. It is worth recommending.

The room for a family of three is really small and the layout is not very reasonable because a small bed is added. But it is nice to have a small terrace, of course, it may be useless if you don't need it. The attitude of the front desk is relatively indifferent, but the room service staff is not bad.

When we arrived at the hotel at 5pm, the front lobby was packed with people, all waiting for rooms. Half an hour had passed when it was our turn, but the room was still not cleaned. We had to wait for another hour, so we had to find a place to have dinner first. After dinner, there were almost no people at the front desk. There were indeed many rooms in the hotel, but the cleaning efficiency was really worrying. The room we booked for three people was not big. It was troublesome to open the two boxes and walk in the basic room, but the room facilities were quite complete. Yes, the bath water in the bathroom is okay. There is also a refrigerator, kettle, microwave and induction cooker. No wonder the room is so popular. The highlight of the room is a small balcony where you can sit outside to smoke, have breakfast and drink coffee🤣

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The overall environment is pretty good. The breakfast is rich. However, the bathroom was too slippery and I fell, which forced me to end my trip early. I hope the hotel can take some anti-slip measures.
