Clean and tidy room. Had all the essentials with Nespresso coffee machine in room.

The lift is very old and narrow. The room not new as in the picture. But all facilities are available. I really don’t like the shower room, since there is no bunker so water splash out on the floor.

Amazing hotel with perfect location! Alleso was very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

The staff is very friendly. The boss ( shadow) is very nice.....serve you welcome drinks and waffle. He bought us extra pillows and manage the breakfast buffet as well. The breakfast spread is good. The bread is warm. Location is best as it take only 3 min walk to the main train station and the old town for shopping. They have free coffee machine at the reception. The room is clean and tidy. We arrive early but the staff still let us do early check in. The hotel is near to the metro station and train station, which is convenient.

Good service, great location

This hotel is about a 10 mins walk to Munich Central Station. There is a major supermarket chain, just 2 mins walk from the hotel, which is very confident. My room was located on level 5, overlooking the main street. On first glance, the room appeared to have all normal facilities. Firstly, the air-conditioning control panel was very difficult to use and I had to ask a cleaner to adjust the setting. Unfortunately, the room never went cold and was permanently set at 25 C which is was too hot in summer. As a consequence had to open the windows and there was significant street noise. The bathroom looked good, but there was no shower curtain, and glass panel was not sufficient to stop water flooding the bathroom, many towels were used to mop the floor. Location: While the hotel is close to central station it is about 2 kms from the main tourist areas, but there is a famous church nearby (see photo). Finally a positive note to finish this review: This room was very large, with twin beds and sitting area, and certainly not a single room I ordered.

It’s a nice hotel close to the central train station and close to bus and tram routes. The hotels is clean and the shower is strong and hot. Good place to stay if you need convien

Decent hotel, located near the main train station and within walking distance of Munich old town.

It is located not far from the station. But at the beginning of the street, there is a construction site - it was not very convenient to walk. It was a bit noisy, but perhaps it was due to the football championship that was taking place now. The reception is open 24 hours, you can leave your luggage, there is an elevator. The room is quite large, clean. But there is not enough lighting (only spotlights, no lamp on the ceiling). Everything worked in the bathroom. There is a hair dryer.

The room size is OK. The Indians at the front desk have a good service attitude. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is very close to Munich Train Station. The surrounding area is very convenient. There are food and drinks at 12 o'clock in the evening. It is very lively.

In this area, it is quite good. There is a Spanish man at the front desk who is very nice and handsome. He changed my room, which is not easy in Germany. The hardware is also good, and it is very close to the commercial pedestrian street in the city center.

Very good. The front desk staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. Like, praise, praise, praise, praise, praise, praise. The room is air-conditioned.
