Myminga4 - Hotel & Serviced Apartments

The reception guy was incredible rude. He is probably in his 50s, grey-ish hair with a beard, glasses and short. I had recommended visiting family to this hotel as the location was good. Only 5 mins from my own apartment. After their stay, my family left a bag with my name at the reception luggage storage room for me to collect. This was a Sunday, I went on Monday morning to collect my bag only to be lied to that there was nothing left for me. I actually asked the receptionist if he was sure and he said, waving at the empty shelves next to him, that there was nothing there. He did not mention the luggage storage room. When I asked for him to check he blatantly ignored me until I waved at him and then he said he will do it when he had time! When I asked when he would have time to just open the storage door to check he said he didn’t know. I couldn’t believe how ridiculous this was. At this point I was so done with his unprofessional rudeness I told him if he didn’t hand me my belongings I would be calling my lawyer and the police. At which point he went to unlock the storage and there right in front of his eyes was the very bag I had described to him with my name on it. Stay away from this hotel. There is absolutely no excuse for rude staff who try to keep or retain the belongings of guests without reason. Worse hotel staff ever!!! Stay away!!!!

The room is very well designed with a lot of good details like a safe, a fridge and an excellent over-bed light with USB slot which really make a difference. Free bottles of water in the room, nice bed linen and a good bathroom add to the good experience. If you’re a vegetarian there is a brilliant vege restaurant five minutes away across the park, Max Pett
