The location is perfect! The service for cleaning the room is below 5 star Marriott-chained hotel standard. The housekeeper forgot to replace towels and just organized the bed a bit, replaced water and left the window opened. After checkout, the receptionist provided bottles of water which is a very nice move.

Shoutout to Sandra and team for making this stay the most memorable stay in our two weeks trip to Europe! Sandra is the most amicable and friendly staff I met. We had 1-2 questions but she went all out to help us with it. She even gave us a little surprise as well. The hotel is just a stone throw away from The Central station. On the way back, you can buy food from Pommes Freunde which is not bad. Overall a lovely stay, will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a stay in Munich.

Was das Mandarin Oriental in München so außergewöhnlich macht, sind die Menschen, die dort arbeiten . Das beginnt bereits bei der Reservierung. Die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, Umgangsformen und Kompetenz bzw. Professionalität in der jeweiligen Aufgabe sind bemerkenswert . Perfekt! Das Personal scheint sich am Arbeitsplatz und miteinander sehr wohl zu fühlen. Diese Atmosphäre wirkt auch auf den Gast. Persönlich mögen wir die Größe des Hauses sehr.
