Location is serene and wonderful but very far from main road and its downhill 15 minutes from main road. Staff is decent. Furniture is very old and not maintained very well. Rest activities are good. Every room has clear valley view. Privacy is utmost.

Very beautiful view and environment. Food and service is good. Staff’s are very friendly. Swimming pool is good. But in boon fire they played folk song while that day their customers are family members.

First and foremost point to be noted is this resort is almost 10 km away from center and we cannot get auto or cab unless we engage and road is worst. Once we came to resort means we cannot go out easily for every thing. Since we dont have options we have to take food from resort, it is expensive and less quantity. And travel cab referred by resort is not that good in fairly guiding. Instead they will motivate to take to some unteresting places ( i guess drivers will get commision as in many places in munnar ask for vehicle number. If we get a good cab and driver we can cover all the places timely and nicely. So overall rooms are good, locations is isolated and feels not secured but good mountain view. Worst road and expensive food. Finally i dont recommend

The rooms were spacious, with great décor bed . The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and Resort Location is Amazing.

Nice location. Co- operative staff, delicious food. We were celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary, so they arranged a candle light dinner in their tree house with some extra payment. It was a memorable moment for us.

The location is good. The resort located amid-st of forest which connect with nature. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are coordial. Restaurant facility is good

The property has a very nice natural sorrounding and greenery but the road for last 15 minutes towards hotel is not properly built. The food was tasty and prompt service was provided.

The stay at tea valley resort, munnar was amazing. My husband and i enjoyed the beautiful misty stay at the resort. The staff are very friendly. They welcome the guests with a nice hot herbal tea. The food at the stay is also great. You don't need to go far away to view the tea plantation it's just there when you step out of the resort. We enjoyed walking through the tea valley right next to the resort. I must say even though i'm from kochi this place "munnar" is breathtaking and very relaxing and soothing for the people who just want to stay away from the stress of your daily busy life.
