Very quiet and well-located hotel, clean and well-equipped. Perfect trip!

Отличный отель за эти деньги, расположен в 50 метрах от остановки автобуса до аэропорта , питание соответствует стоимости отеля, все вкусное, свежее и не однообразное. Если что, рядом много ресторанов на любой вкус. Отличный бассейн, очень просторный, есть даже джакузи.Пляжные полотенца под залог 10 евро. Номер со свежим ремонтом и новой мебелью.Рекомендую. До шикарного чистейшего пляжа 2 минуты ( перейти дорогу)

After staying in the JS Palma stay in Can Pastilla a few years ago I thought I'd try this hotel for a cycling trip. A few positives:- Clean rooms comfy beds Good showers Beers reasonably priced in the hotel bar. Very friendly courteous staff. A general review:- Sadly as this was a cycling trip we wanted to keep out bikes in our rooms. We were not allowed to although being told in 3 repeated phone calls I made prior to booking that this would be OK. We were not told this until we had been in the hotel 3 days :/ We did continue to keep our bikes in our rooms but were pestered every time we fetched them in. We explained to management that our bikes would not be covered to be stored in a communal bike storage area that any hotel guest can access. Some of the bikes in our party were worth upwards of €10,000. You simply aren't going to leave them where someone else can get to them. When speaking to management about this we asked "Who will pay for my bike if it's stolen, you, the hotel perhaps?" they said no, so obviously no liability insurance for the bike locker downstairs. So poinltess using it as your insurance would simply be void. Location wise tho' the hotel is excellent for evening out and cycling locations. A few negatives were bugs on the food counters (I do have a video but can't upload it) and the odd cockroach occasionally seen in the dining area and our rooms which isn't what you want. One of our party trapped a cockroach under a glass in his room and the cleaners didn't even move it. It was there 4 days!!! All in all great location but I wouldn't stay again. Most of the food was cold or tepid at best, they were slicing raw meat right next to cooked meat which even I know is a NO, NO. So our groups stuck mostly to chips and pizza most nights as there didn't seem to be much choice. Ice cream was always too soft Freezer broken? Alethically the hotel is very nice but it's let down by the dining and haphazard rules. I'll won't be staying again sadly.

The service is excellent. We were placed in a room which was on the ground floor where we felt very exposed and unable to relax, we asked for a change of room which they facilitated as soon as they could and were put in a much better room on the second floor. The hotel, especially the rooms need more attention to detail when being cleaned. Our room wasn't cleaned properly throughout our whole stay and wasn't properly cleaned before we arrived. For example there was hair and dust left from previous guests. The location is close to the beach but is right in front of a busy road so sitting on the balcony is nice but not relaxing! The sea can be seen between buildings in front of the hotel. The pool area is nice and isn't too busy so is quiet. The gym is good. There was a good choice for breakfast and lunch was tasty (we didn't have dinner).

The hotel is situated in a great location, right across the road from Muro Beach; the services are excellent, and the food is varied. There are bus stops and a shopping area (with various shops) nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean, though not particularly modern. Having stayed there twice, I highly recommend a visit—it is a peaceful area.

Good rooms,great location,great food.The staff was amazing. We had small issue with our room,which was solved very fast and convenient for us. Definitely visiting again.

JS Alcudi Mar was recommended to my by Philipps Bikes .. it was indeed the perfect base for cycling tours :-) Nice spacious room, food (breakfast / dinner) was excellent The staff were also great; from Reception through to Bar/Restaurant - even cleaning personnel - were all very friendly and efficient

Everything was perfect. Very friendly, welcoming staff, great facilities (great gym!) nice spa. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. The food was delicious.

We will definitely return. Great location , modern clean comfortable hotel. Great attentive staff special mention to Enrique, Carlos, Javier and Teri. Very good choice of food in restaurant. Lovely accessible pools , very good entertainment in the evening excellent proximity to the accessible beach which had beach/sea wheelchairs with free loungers and parasol for disabled. May be nice to offer tea/coffee making in room facilities it would save us bringing our own mini kettle . Also offer a light packed breakfast for early departures as we didn't want to eat at 4 in the morning. We came by Ferry from Denia with our car which meant we could visit Alcudia Polenca and Valdemosa very beautiful places. The twisty Road down to Valdemossa Harbour was quite scary but well worthwhile . Also Deia in the mountain's worth visiting. If we hadn't have taken our own car there are plenty to hire especially convertibles like our car.

From start to finish, we could not fault this hotel. Staff at reception, breakfast and bar (especially Rafa) were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless. We had a corner balcony with a view of the lovely pool. Location is amazing with great restaurants nearby, directly next to bus stop and a stones throw away from the beautiful beach.entertainment was great we wish we had gone to it sooner- especially the all stars. Would recommend and would stay again.

This was the fourth time in a row that we stayed in this hotel. This time we came in late June occupying 2 rooms. The service was fine, our rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast and dinner were really good. The evening shows were good except for ABBA Sisters! :-D Parking was easy on the street, otherwise they charge you EUR 11/night in their car park.

Nice hotel close to the beach with all basic armenities.

Vibe: Came for sun and sangria, left with stories we’ll be telling for years (whether we want to or not). Let’s begin with the good bits (because my therapist says I should start with positives): Location: Can’t complain. A 2-minute walk to the beach means you can go from bed to beach towel in record time. Great food spots all within flip-flop range. Shopping therapy: Palma is just a bus ride away. We needed the retail detox after the buffet. Only downside? The bus was so full we stood the entire hour. Great for posture, less so for mood. Reception crew: Calm, friendly, and clearly trained in disaster management (more on that later). The AC wasn’t working when we checked in. Nothing says “welcome to your room” like hot, stagnant air. Luckily, maintenance came and resuscitated it before we fully melted. As a kind gesture, we were offered a complimentary bottle of cava — a small touch that we appreciated. Cleaners and waiters were doing their best and honestly deserve medals. Room service even surprised us with some creative towel art, which was a fun and thoughtful touch. The bartender was a legend… friendly, fast, and made an espresso martini that felt like the calm before the storm. Bonus tip: Five minutes from the hotel is Restaurant S’Albufera, home of a T-bone steak so good it made me question my life choices up to that point. Flavorful, juicy, and absolutely worth cheating on the hotel buffet for. Now entering the plot twist portion of our stay: My wife said the beds felt like they were built for prisoners with back problems. I couldn’t agree more. They were so uncomfortable, I briefly considered sleeping in the elevator. Buffet staff: moved with the enthusiasm of robots running low on battery…polite but barely present. The buffet food was… edible. Hygiene, not so much. Guests were all using the same tongs and then placing them back on the food like it was part of the recipe. Gourmet germs, anyone? One night we were greeted by a big fat cockroach in our bathroom. Not your average bug. This one had weight. It looked like it paid rent and had opinions about the minibar. It was also surprisingly hard to eliminate. It dodged, countered, and refused to go quietly. Honestly, it deserved its own action sequence. And then the plot thickened: One creative guest thought it’d be hilarious to put inappropriate realistic rear-end decals in the elevator. Let’s just say it made every ride awkwardly memorable. One night, our next-door unhinged neighbor decided to spice things up by physically and verbally threatening me, as if we’d all signed up for some kind of all-inclusive Escape Room: Mallorca Edition. The hotel did move us to another room and floor (thank you), but had no real policy or protocol for dealing with aggressive or violent guests. I went with a friend for a week. Weather - gorgeous! Hotel - really excellent hotel. I was the end of the season and we were there for the last week of opening before closing for the winter. As a consequence, the hotel was relatively quiet. It is immaculate and the staff were really lovely. Our room was cleaned everyday and was roomy and quiet. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of space. Beds were 21 euros for two per day . We were half board and the food was fresh and nice - a little meat heavy TBH but thats just my fussiness coming into play. The transport around the hotel is easy, cheap and very frequent. Great for a trip to Alcudia and Pollensa I will definately return xx
