Eiger Mürren Swiss Quality Hotel

I love this hotel! Good service, good room size though no air-conditioning, if you open the windows, the air circulation is good enough. One thing which happened to us is the railway route was closed for renovation so we had to take the tram up which is a much longer route to the hotel. However hotel provides buggy service which is considerate of them. Room is quite pricey too.

Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!

This is a very, very special hotel in one of the most delightful places on earth. The hotel has been in the same family for generations, and the love that they put into each customer interaction is plain from the first hello. The porter is willing to meet you at the train station (which conveniently is right across the street). The restaurants is one of the (if not THE FINEST) in the Bernese Oberland. Our room was a Junior Suite with balcony and Eiger mountain views. Caution: you may NEVER want to leave the balcony; the view is intoxicating! The beds were dreamy; the closet & storage space very ample, the mini-fridge useful, and the 2 large towel warmers were handy for hanging out hand-washed lingerie:-). The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and a great start to the day. This destination and this hotel has spoiled me to all other places we might chose to vacation in the future. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in an excellent location right across from the train station. Since Mürren is a car-free town, this means you won't have to pull your luggage uphill! It can get a bit noisy, but the convenience is worth it. The service here is wonderful, and the front desk staffs are extremely helpful. Breakfast is a gourmet treat with plenty of choices, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and juices. Dinner is delicious and beautifully prepared. My room was nicely updated with charming mountain decor, offered a great layout, and included a balcony. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Best of all, the view of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks from my room was absolutely spectacular and unforgetable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An amazing hotel with wonderful staff and a stunning location!** We had such a fantastic stay and felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived — especially with our dog. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. They were also wonderfully patient and kind with our dog, even though he wasn’t always quite as friendly towards them and occasionally liked to make his opinion known by barking! 🐶😊 The location is fantastic, right next to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. And the views are absolutely stunning, with the beautiful Swiss Alps right outside. We were also very impressed with the room. Even though an event was taking place at the hotel during our stay, our room was surprisingly quiet, and we were able to relax and sleep peacefully. The cleanliness was excellent, thanks to the wonderful cleaning team, who did a great job throughout our stay. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxed, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to the reception team, who were absolutely amazing and even managed to keep a special surprise for my husband a secret — making our stay even more memorable! ❤️ The hotel also offers great amenities and excellent value for money, making it a place we would happily recommend to others. We would highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to coming back. It definitely won’t be our last stay! Thank you so much to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay in the Swiss Alps so special. We had an amazing time! 🏔️🇨🇭 We’ll definitely be back!
