Stayed for one night. It's a 10-minute Yandex taxi ride from the airport. Getting to the city center took about 40 minutes because of traffic. The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was simple but satisfying and cost 500 rubles. The bathroom was shared on the floor, but perfectly comfortable for a single night. The only downside was that the bed wasn't very comfortable; some springs were worn out, so I woke up with back discomfort. It's an excellent option for a layover.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming! Even though I arrived late, they made sure I had dinner. I also bought some pilaf from them, which was a lifesaver when my flight got delayed by 3 hours. I highly recommend this hotel; it's a wonderful place.

Where else can you ride in a Tesla, right? I stayed here twice in one week (as a layover hotel for overnight transits) – they fed me, watered me, put me to bed, took me to the airport, and picked me up from the airport – everything was seamless. I was a solo female traveler and felt completely safe and secure.

The only positive was that the staff member was communicative, checking our arrival time and answering questions. However, that's where the good impressions ended. 1. The bedding was unwashed and poor quality, static-y, and the pillows were worn out and extremely uncomfortable. We booked a deluxe room with a private bathroom, but what we got was a budget economy room, and the bathroom was shared among several rooms, and there was only one! 2. The bathroom was tiny, no room to move around. We couldn't even use the shower; only scalding hot water came out. There was no cold water. The staff fiddled with something to get cold water, but it was just a trickle and kept switching back to boiling hot. It was a nightmare! This is extremely unsafe! 3. We booked a double room with breakfast, but for some reason, breakfast was only for one person... fine, whatever, an extra 500 rubles for the second person's breakfast. When we went down for breakfast in the morning, we were, to put it mildly, shocked by how meager it was for 500 rubles per person. On the table was a plate with slices of one questionable quality tomato and cucumber, one single cheap 'Druzhba' processed cheese, expired butter, and bread. No tea, no coffee, not even a hint of presentation; everything was in sealed packets... I've never seen such a terrible approach to guests anywhere else! This isn't even about hospitality; it's basic disrespect! 4. Regarding the location, yes, it's not far from the airport, but I wouldn't recommend walking there. It's not a busy area, and the nearby buildings look abandoned. Conclusion: I definitely do not recommend this place; you're better off looking elsewhere! We just needed to sleep one night, shower, and have breakfast before our next flight! We couldn't do either of those things!

Everything was wonderful, very cozy and felt just like home. The hosts are amazing, very welcoming people!

The guesthouse is great location-wise, a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. It's perfect for an overnight stay or a few hours rest during long layovers.

I understand it's hard to make a living in remote areas, but this kind of attitude towards guests is outrageous. One shared bathroom for five rooms. The bathroom reeked of mold and dampness, and it was impossible to adjust the shower water: the water pressure was low, and a five-millimeter turn of the tap would give either ice-cold water or scalding hot. The floor was empty and tiled, creating a lot of echoing noise, so I'd constantly wake up at night from banging doors or noisy neighbors. The walls between rooms were paper-thin; the soundproofing was so bad I could hear when someone in the next room put on their slippers. The hosts were nice, and the premises were clean.

The location is good, only a 7-minute drive away. The people are nice, but the sound insulation in the room on the second floor is very poor. When people wash dishes on the first floor, it sounds like they're rattling spoons right in your room, which really hurts the quality of sleep, especially when I only had 5 hours to sleep. It's hard to fall asleep in such an environment; I only managed to drift off once everyone else was asleep. The bathroom is another story; the shower is difficult to regulate, and there's a persistent sewer smell that just won't go away, which also detracts from the hotel experience!
