I like this hotel that has a lot of good features. I booked on half board dinner is awful. It cost me 10 extra dollars to book dinner and breakfast and really the dinner wasn't worth the $5 if you divide the meals evenly. The fish was putrid and the selection was substandard. I did manage to get $5 worth of food out of the dinner buffet. I like eggplant luckily. The room's very nice they have two pools one for women only which I would never use and they don't sell alcohol here. Those are the bad points. The room isn't very good condition The housekeeper is a very nice man. The added benefit to staying in this hotel is that it does have one washer and one dryer and I have three loads of filthy clothes. I'm in the process of doing my last load currently. Another bad thing about this hotel is they block you from using the Wi-Fi the minute you step outside so you could use their overpriced taxis. You have to use the Wi-Fi from inside that way you can access your taxi apps and not use the overprice taxis here. The taxis are about 80% more. I would stay here again due to the low price of the bookingand the good condition of the room. Skip dinner there is a fantastic Turkish place in the nearest mall that's about an 8 minute walk..

All good.. worth the price! Location is perfect. The room is clean and maintained. But maybe time to change the towels. The fnb service is weak. Had to ask for the menu, no water was served, not even asked, the plates were not cleared from the table for the longest time. Maybe need more training on service for the staff. Nice pool with a view.

Friendly staffs, from reception to banquet, managers and staffs are always helping, excellent service from Brent, Gin, Mohamed, Nasira, Allam, Reyna amd so many more. Located near amenities, many restaurants,ate at Rydan was good Arab food. Always Hilton Honors

I have stayed more than 5 times at this hotel in 2024 . The facility location is strategic. Close to common places of work. What is more important is that the neighborhood is quiet. The garden out side add to the beauty of the facility. To top it all is the amazing staff. During my many stays, I never saw them without a smile. They were always there to help us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. To name a few, I would like to thank especially to AbdulMajeed, Rayan, Idrees, Mohammad at the reception, and the entire staff of breakfast lounge. I can say with confidence that this place gives the traveler the best value for the money.

Very well located, close to main businesses, clean and good amenities, however staff are a bit strict in terms of early check in and late checkout

The hotel is clean. Good. I recommend. There are many places nearby where you can eat. There are also some small supermarkets. The room has everything you need.

Can't go wrong with a brand name hotel like Hilton. Location was great, walkable distances to local shops, cafeterias and fast food chains around. Was safe to walk around the evenings. Hotel itself is quiet even though we came in December. Check in and check out was a breeze. Rooms are clean and well furnished. The self service laundry amenities are a great bonus we did not expect. Very happy with our stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it was very clean and nice. Good location, had excellent amenities. The staff were very friendly and made the stay comfortable. Imran the concierge was very helpful and friendly.
