We had a fantastic stay on all parts.the only thing O can think of was that the chicken teriyaki we got on the Asias restaurant was cold.

The hotel has a private beach and the staff are enthusiastic. However, the cleanliness was a bit lacking. The electric kettle in the room was full of limescale, and even after telling them to replace it, no one did. The toilet also broke.

Our second stay, this time in a smallish room (Serai) but with an unobstructed view of pool, gardens and sea. Comfortable bed, great service all around, very good breakfast. Large gardens, 3 pools, several restaurants - a great place to stop before/after touring this beautiful country.

Great place to chill out. Lots of space, great breakfast. Just what we needed for a few days on arrival in Oman.

The Beach Restaurant is serving very delicious food. You can hear the sound of the waves too....
Service was great.
The beach has some pebbles, make sure you wear your slippers.

The Chedi brand never fails to disappoint.
And the Muscat experience does it so much justice.
And more.
The usual “black pool” (2 of them actually), a gym like really really no other.
And… the service. All the way up there.
There should be more Chedi in the world!
Special to Marebel and Anton who made our breakfast just perfect

Simply amazing! We loved every second of our stay at The Chedi! The staff was really, really friendly and attentive and we felt 100% welcome and seen. The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)

A holiday retreat. The room is a little small and feels a little dated. The swimming pool and beach are definitely breathtaking.

Magnificent 5 star hotel decorated with great taste having three superb infinity pools, 4 restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, a private beach curiously very little frequented, a sumptuous garden and very beautiful large rooms with beautiful bathrooms and all modern comforts.

The reception staff's welcome is in need of improvement. Aside from the young lady who checked us in, the staff is relatively haughty and uninformative.
I think the hotel should be reserved for adults only, as none of the facilities are suitable for children (neither the pool nor the kids' clubs).
The dress code in the hotel restaurants needs to be reviewed, especially at breakfast (women wearing night shorts with half their buttocks showing). I find it a shame that the management of such a hotel allows this kind of attire to circulate in the hotel! A hotel I definitely wouldn't stay at!
As for the room, it was spacious, but the noise from the wooden floorboards was really annoying.

This is my second visit to Muscat and I was impressed by the pool, which is over 100m long. The pool is truly gorgeous! Since August is the low season, there are not many guests at the hotel and you can swim in the pool alone, as if it were your own private pool! In fact, there are 3 pools. So you can choose the one that suits your taste. Perhaps, swimming in the Gulf of Oman did not impress me much. Let's just say that there are better seas. But, on the other hand, there is always such a small percentage of vacationers who want to swim in the sea that most people just need to go in, jump in the waves and get out. In terms of enjoying the beach, the experience here is 100% positive. The service on the beach is excellent! They constantly bring ice water with lemon and mint, offer refreshing napkins, and treat you to fruits. The hotel is designed in a traditional Arabic style and fully meets the idea of a luxurious holiday. The dark palette in the interiors emphasizes the architecture and gives a sense of sophistication. For guests who book villas, the Amouage bath line is offered. In simpler rooms - Аsqua di Parma, which is also not bad! As for the food, in my opinion, it is ordinary, without frills. I received undoubted aesthetic pleasure from staying in this beautiful place, but the hotel did not make any gastronomic impressions on me. At the same time, there are no complaints about the service. Everyone I dealt with - reception staff, beach staff, waiters are exceptionally friendly and responsive!

The worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is a little bit smaller, not as good as the one that costs 1,000 yuan. The hotel staff's service is poor. From the first day of parking, they pretended not to see it and had to ask someone to come to park the car. When they called for breakfast several times, they didn't hear it. The hotel room service was very slow. We came back five minutes late for check-out and they locked the room directly. There were flies in the breakfast juice. I told the waiter but he didn't replace the whole bottle of juice in time! I will never come here again. These hotels on Xiaohongshu must be avoided! ! ! ! The price-performance ratio is not as good as domestic 3-star business hotels! ! ! !
