Reviews of JW Marriott the Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa

This resort-style hotel is quite remote, about 60km one way from the small town of Huntsville. It's suitable for local Canadians on weekend getaways, but for international travelers with limited time, staying at this hotel means you can only enjoy the lake view and can't do much else. Although the hotel has kitchen facilities, the nearest supermarket is over ten kilometers away, so it's best to prepare groceries in advance to solve your meal problems; otherwise, you'll have to eat at the hotel restaurant, which is quite expensive.

There was no toilet paper on the first day of check-in, and the coffee and supplies were not replaced. I was speechless. I stayed for three nights and there was not a single piece of toilet paper... Oh...

The hotel is about two hours' drive from Toronto, which is quite suitable for vacation. The hotel room has a kitchen, which is very convenient for cooking noodles. There is also a kettle. The food in the restaurant is also good. Overall, it is suitable for family vacation. Facing the lake view, you can see maple leaves in autumn. The disadvantage is that the swimming pool water is too dirty, mainly the outdoor swimming pool, the leaves have drifted into the swimming pool, and there are too many Indians, the smell is very strong

I am very satisfied with the room. The appearance of the hotel and the restaurant are also very good! It's spacious and well-equipped with enough kitchen utensils and cutlery. It's very hygienic and has a great balcony view! This is the most satisfying time since I stayed in JW Family Suite👍
