Stay - March 2024 (Red building) This is a great property where the restoration of old structure and attention to details is preserved thoroughly. The ***ager and staff is very courteous. The rooms are clean, larger with a charming and elegance of its own. The furniture is simply exquisite. As with any stay, the food and people you interact (staff) define the experience. Both of these were simply marvellous. We mostly ate in the hotel - and must say the chef do a great job to make the experience nice. All staff are very friendly and informative. Though the hotel is very close (wakable) from the mall road, the overall ambience is quiet - due to height. The views too are spectacular during day and night. Overall, a great place to stay in Mussoorie.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful Ajay Bartwal Reservation ***ager and staff ever, lovely and great impression of hotel. It was clean with good service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Raghu vilas is a gem. A beautiful grand elegant historic building just minutes away from the mall. Spacious suites, delicious breakfast, verdant lawns. But the icing on the cake is the ***ager, Mr Ajay Bartwal. We keep repeating our visits there because of him. Excellent well maintained and ***aged heritage property. We stayed at Raghu Vilas and it was an absolutely amazing stay. The staff is extremely helpful and prompt to help guests. Mr Ajay takes that extra step to make the guests feel special and comfortable. Stunning view from the garden and very close to all nearby places. Absolutely phenomenal experience. This place is MORE than what it offers. Perfect locality to enjoy a serene view, GREAT service, Very keen to help staff. Ajay Bartwal was the ***ager when I was around and we had the best time in here because of how we were treated by him and his team. Assisted with good inputs as to where we should be going during the day. Amazing food too, and of course, deserving the price that they ask off you, in fact, not too hard on the pocket for the services offered.
