The property is located near picture palace. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel staff is nice too. Ms. Suvidhi always greeted us with a smile. The place has a beautiful valley view. Totally recommend this place

Absolutely loved the place! The location is perfect—right on Mall Road near Picture Palace, making it extremely convenient to explore the area. The staff was exceptionally polite, courteous, and always ready to help. Hygiene and cleanliness were very well maintained throughout the property. The rooms offer spectacular views, adding to the overall experience. The food was delicious, with a great variety and quality. What I appreciated most was how the property manages to be peaceful and relaxing despite being situated at such a prime location. Highly recommended!

I reached Ramada 27th. I booked on their website really early and I modified it in 17th May. Rude shock at reception - they tell us your booking is cancelled.. I never cancelled it and they kept insisting that we did.. Their manager or whoever he was Sandeep Singh sarcastically insisted we did.. We had to take a room we which had wall as a view for one day and got our room the 2nd day. Their night staff- Again manager Sandeep in the night eas extremely helpful. We had to go to a hospital, he took care of it. They dint have a on-call doctor.. Housekeeping manager and staff were amazing and super helpful day or night.. Kitchen or late night service was nit available. Overall a mixed bag

It was a lovely stay. The lawn has breathtaking views and the staff was very helpful. Loved the hospitality. There are many activities for slow evenings. Suvidhi assisted us and was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended. It is just right at the picture palace. So best way to avoid traffic at mall road.
