The room was cozy and clean. The service was prompt and Mosaic is definitely a place to have a comfortable stay during a trip to Mussoorie. Sure to come back anytime possible. The loft was an instant hit for not only the kids but for the adults as well.

The rooms are clean and hygienic. Beautiful scenery from the rooms. Amazing service provided. Yummiest food served. I highly highly recommend everyone this Hotel to everyone. :) I had come for a business trip and also with my partner. Had one of the best trips here at Mussorie. A lot places to shop nearby too.

View from the room was great! 10/10 on cleanliness!! Heater in Room was working properly.. Tasty continental as well as Indian breakfast.. They also have Spa service available at the hotel and Temperature controlled swimming pools!! overall good experience!!

Excellent stay great location great food and special thanks to Mr pankaj Goswami (***ager) who gave us a very good gesture. He made us feel special. His hospitality is beyond words.They have very nominal rates for liquior in whole Mussoorie .

It is excellent and all services is very good। And communication skill is also very nice of all staff । And also there is very good support for lagguage resources। । There is very nice facilities for kids just like swmining pool and kids room। And the scenery location is near this hotel।

Despite texting and informing that I have kids and need a checkin by 11am. I had to wait for 2 hours for the room. My daughter had fever and I was ready to pay extra to upgrade the room but they were least bothered. When you pay 11k a night for a room you expect some decent service. Pathetic. You get get better hotels for this cost in Mussoorie

Not very good experience. We had to wait for almost 1:30 hrs and no welcome drink served on our arrival. Food prices are very high. Staff is very rude and lazy. Restaurant staff and ***ager were very rude in taking orders of simple fresh cut fruits. They are not taught to respect women. Strangely there is hardly any wo*** staff there. There is NO PROTEIN in the breakfast buffet. Only chicken sausage which is unhealthy protein. No protein option for vegetarians. We stayed there for 4 days and we ate the SAME MENU in breakfast. No variety of meals. However room charges are extremely high Lobbies were noisy with kids shouting and other guests gossiping there. During midnight someone would ring the doorbell leading to disturbed sleep. Overall very POOR STAFF AND ***AGEMENT. Quality is not maintained as compared to their high charges.
