Excellent stay

I have been traveling to Savoy since 80's and they sell Heritage but unfortunately their new building is No where close to Heritage. It's a modern building. Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

We visited savoy recently for a family weekend. The stay was very pleasant. The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and kind. Sonia was very helpful during our stay also she informed us about mussoorie.

Great experience at the Property and Hospitality is great as well. Special mention for Noor whose the guest relations manager. Would be visiting again for sure.

An exceptional property with a deep British heritage tag attached to it. Nothing short of a castle stay in Scotland from where it gets it's name. Very well located right next to the Mall road. Services were impeccable, from the reception to the dining, the rooms as well as the food. Shrishti at the reception was outstanding. Strongly recommended for a stay if visiting Mussoorie.

I Had a wounder ful experience during my stay.The service was excellent and all the staff member were courteous and help full.I would especially like to appreciate Noor & Anas Rahman for outstandinghospitality,proffessionalism,and warm attitude.These two guys was always attentive to our needs and ensured that our stays was comfortable and pleasent.Staff dedication and customer service skills truely made a positive diffrence to our experience. The property and its history has a charm that is undeniably special and helps you soak in a journey that it has traversed over 100 years. This is complemented by large and well planned rooms with stunning views and the garden and greens which you can roam around endlessly. Some of the staff members are standout in going above and beyond to help accommodate any request of yours. Srishti helped me plan my wife’s birthday to the tee and she is always looking out for the guests with any and every need they may have. The Grand Dining hall staff members were also very pleasant. Abhishek and Nitish served us well. Not everyone may impress you with their service but those who do really go the extra mile. Come here for history, beautiful rooms, lawns, dining and lounge areas and Srishti and others will take care of you well!
