While the location is prime, the suffix 'resort' is completely unbefitting to the property and its resources. The staff was ample and smiling,but they definitely need to look into having a better chef on board- breakfast buffet seemed like a carryover from day before, with minor changes! Rest of the meals lacked taste and flavour! Now to a major flaw-it poured on one of the days and water gushed down like a waterfall from the staircase onto the lobby and down the next flight! Apparently, the property is next to a nalla which gets blocked with leaves etc and that backflows into the hotel! While full credit goes to the entire staff team, irrespective of their designations all were into into immediate action with wipers, but still ITC needs to do something to save reputation! Moreover, it has no 'traveldesk' to help guests in any manner- be it a usual pick or drop facility within nearby vicinity or if guests are stranded due to sudden change in weather! All in all, certainly not a repeat property destination for us😔
