Shining Hills

Rooms have no proper wifi, dirty & unhygienic linens. No tea (even paid) served till 9am. Location is dangerous if you are not a experienced driver or having a XUV car for a stretch. Far from mall road (not recommended) Do not go by good reviews as the owner takes your phone & gives review by himself do not handover the phone if they say they have voucher they are trying to fool you to give good review on behalf of you. In the name of view I could just see electric wires & garbage. Nothing to eat/drink nearby. Ps it was a family room

We booked the hotel online and had no idea how the place and staff would be. But to our pleasent surprise the place was really good and the staff was was super courteous and helpfull. Though the hotel is in interior and on approach road is steep still we enjoyed the stay. They helped us with local taxi and also helped drive our suv down to main road as I was not very comfortable driving down the narrow downhill. Thanks team for all the hospitality.

Hi viewers I went on a holiday trip for about four days …i opted for this property after reviewing the viewer’s feedback… I am extremely happy and overwhelmed with my overall experience at shining hills. I took my pet dog oscar ***** with my family and really had a gala or picnic time . Hotel was very big and spacious, from room to the balcony view and from food to the services delivered all were awesome. I would really like to give my big thanks to Mr. Abhishek for aranging a complimentary cake for my wedding anniversary. Staff boys anirudh and tapas were extremely helpful and caring for their guest … I will definitely plan my next trip soon … will choose shining hills again as i felt like a second home here …Thanks a ton guys … you rock 5+ star in everything i can think off …. Shining Hills is a great place to stay when you visit Mussoorie. It's only 90 minutes from Dehradun airport and about 10 minutes from Mall Road. The staff are polite and helpful, and they definitely prioritise the customer experience. They were quick to arrange anything we needed, from transport to amenities. Definitely one of the reasons I would return here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the rooms we had overlooked the valley, and the WiFi was excellent. The quality of the food here was good too - tasty without being too oily or over spiced, and very reasonably priced. The same group also has a property in Goa, and their attention to customer service means I'll probably choose their resort there as well. Highly recommended.

Its just too good place to stay🥺💘. It was like I didn't even wanted to step out of the hotel. The service is just amazinggg! If you gonna plan to visit mussorie you can't find a better hotel than this at such a low price according to the facilities..kudos to the team!💖

Calm n soothing place,searched so ***y hotels with balcony but this was the best one ...good food... Just can't forget the hill view from the balcony, every day use to sit for an hour to view the change from night to the sunrise with an excellent moon view even after sunrise... Yes and the guy named 'sahil' gave an excellent dine in service. Nice stay!

Abhishek was an amazing host, he made sure all things were perfect and even the slightest inconvenience was taken care of by the Shining team! Will definitely visit again! The weather was amazing and the resort rooms did enough justice for us to admire the beauty!

True to its name this hotel shines in lts level of cleanness , food and hospitality. The staff is always on their toes to fullfill your wishes . Location is perfect , within few minutes drive from the mall road yet it's is away from the jam of Mussorie . Perfect gateway for a peaceful and relaxing holidays .
