DO NOT BOOK ANY STAYS THROUGH MARRIOT HOMES AND VILLAS! I am a Marriot Bonvoy Lifetime Platinum member. Over the many years I have been using Marriot I have never had an experience as bad as the one I just had with Marriot Homes and Villas! I want to make it clear it is not with Marriot Bonvoy but with Marriot Homes and Villas. Although I was on the Marriot Bonvoy website and click on Homes and Villas I found out they are not the same. Due to the severe weather hitting this weekend I went to the website to modify my reservation. I could not find the reservation in MY TRIPS. I then called and was informed I had to call Marriot Homes and Villas directly. Not a very helpful entity and I was told I had to deal directly with the third party rental company it was booked through. After several conversations with them I was fortunate they were kind enough to offer me a credit for a future stay. I very reasonable solution. I then got my credit today and it was not the amount I paid Marriot for the reservation. I was informed by the rental company they credited me the full amount they received. Marriot Homes and VIllas kept their fee and I would have to call them directly. The great customer service team decide they could not refund the remainder of the fee and asked me to contact the management company directly. I reminded them I already did and they refunded me the actual amount they were paid and the remaining amount is what Marriot retained. Not very helpful, not very friendly and I will never use Marriot Homes and Villas again! There cancellation policy is not the same as Marriot Bonvoy and more like Airbnb or VRBO. You are better off using the third party company directly! In this case the one I dealt with was very helpful and was willing to work out an excellent solution unlike Marriot Homes and Villas.

This property was so amazing! My husband and I prefer a quieter holiday, but we still wanted to visit Mykonos. I am so glad we stayed at this property! The property itself was quiet and peaceful (and had the cutest little cat) and was just a short drive from Elia beach and had Cafes and restaurants within a short drive/walk. The drive into town was very easy, though my husband and I preferred staying in the area around the property instead of going into town. The parking area is private with a secured gate, and the rooms felt extremely safe. My husband and I didn't realize the doors would lock automatically behind us and we did end up locking ourselves out at one point, but the staff was very helpful in getting us back in. If my husband and I ever come back to Mykonos we would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend, stayed with my 3 adult children in one of the villas. Everyone is very accommodating, nothing is a problem as they are always willing to help you with any of your needs. It was so handy having a driver on site that you can arrange to take you anywhere and pick you up even if it’s 3-4 in the morning, obviously for a fee which is reasonable. The property was very clean, good views. Villa that I stayed in was 3 levels,couldn’t fault staying here. Please note that you are about 20 to 30 minutes away from main town of Mykonos but for us, that was fine.

Luxurious is only the name... I get it- the pool is beautiful, the view is also great. The fact that all the options around the premise is even more expensive makes me wonder if I should write at all. (In the end it is high season.) Overall we had a good time but the studio we stayed in was really small and not in the best shape and the kitchenette was not well equipped. The bathroom was tiny and smelled sometimes. However we had a nice stay as mentioned earlier.

It was nice. Though you need a ride to move around property is nice
