We went for New Years 23/24 weekend. Not crowded, nice view of the ocean. Room was clean but not updated. Front desk and service was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was really clean. The room was above average, not basic. The beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular. My only issue is that there's very little parking on-site and difficult for mobility impaired guests.

It was just a one night stay but we agreed that we will return. The location was amazing. There was a little mold in the living room otherwise perfect.

The room was a standard double queen and very clean.
The electrical receptacles seemed worn out. Unbeknownst to me, the plug near the bed was inoperable. I woke up at 5:00 am to find my cell phone’s battery spent.

Nice hotel - more updated than compass cove. Small pools and lazy river - got lots of fresh towels but room not cleaned every day.

We enjoyed the view from our unit The unit was spacious for two.
The parking g garage was too tight for our large vehicle though. We opted to move our vehicle to the overflow lot to prevent damage.
It was a nice vacation week at Paradise. We will plan a visit again.

I like everything during my stay. Check-in was fast everyone was so friendly. I had questions and they were more than happy to answer. The towel guy came to pick up towels and trash and very nice. The rooms were beautiful!! You get more than you pay for. I will definitely be returning. The balcony with the oceanfront view was just stunning to wake up and here the ocean was just a bonus.

I chose this resort for my first trip to Myrtle Beach with my boyfriend and I am so glad that I did! We were on the 18th floor with a balcony where you can still see and hear the beach from the side of the building. The room was clean and quiet, and whenever we needed assistance (with the safe and accidentally locking the bathroom door), I only had to text Ivy and she quickly sent someone right up! Everyone was super nice and it was an easy walk to get to the beach. The only negative aspect was that one of the indoor pools were not heated so the other that was ended up being more crowded with people, and there were kids being very loud running around the pool area and in and around the hot tub and lazy river. They were even throwing bottles of water into them. Their mother just sat there and didn’t say a thing. Other than that, we loved the resort and would choose it again in the future!
