Worst stay ever health department needs to go shut them done mold in the room they provided for us, the shower was broken (water was running in tub upon arrival) *********** states on their site the lobby is 24 hrs however that’s not the case they closed the lobby right as my family checked in at about 1030 pm. So I was unable to even have my room swapped or looked at. There was mold in the bathroom and an unknown black substance all along the wall where the Ac was hallways and stairs smelled like urine. Staff was also very rude received a call from the front desk demanding I move my car out of the parallel parking spot that the hotel provided and if I didn’t move my car she would advice the guest who was leaving from another spot to hit my car. Good thing we were close and able to move the car. Asked for a refund and the hotel doesn’t do them. Complete scam. Needs to be shut down.

Perfect location first and foremost! If you looking for somewhere to rest your head and don't want to spend alot its ok..tye hotel isn't up date and definitely could use a face lift...but it's ok. My room number was 106. Nothing fancy..no breakfast either. Desk clerk was nice and simple checkin!

If I could give a negative 10 I would and add pictures. I checked in on Friday and tried checking right out. I have been on phone with ********** since roaches everywhere. Mice feces in drawers I was suppose to check out 22nd but had to leave last night because our ceiling caved in there was black mold in room no smoke alarms no outlet covers I’ve never seen so many *********s. The hotel smells like people use the walls as a bathroom clumps of hair in pool there is no breakfast and no 24 hour front desk staff they tell you if you lock yourself out of room after a certain time you’ll be stuck outside I have been trying to check out and they keep telling me it’s ********** and when they call to ok refund the voicemail is full my family woke up everyday with a headache I have contacted bbb consumers affairs I even contacted local news and days in.my about this and sent pictures please please never go here . Now they wont give me a refund. And hotels.con are just as bad for promoting and booking thru this company

no breakfast provided as advertised. provided coffee only in the morning. office did not open at 7 am as we where told. linens & towels where not changed during our stay. trash can was not emptied during our stay. closet and bathroom doors would not shut.

Roaches, Mold, Ceiling Repairs, FILTHY Closet and Drawer full of mice and roach feces, Hot Tub & Pool & Ice Machine OUT OF ORDER. HVAC never cooled my room below 80 degrees. BLOOD STAINED Bedding and Pillow Cases, WORST ROOM EVER

I will not recommend these motels to I will not recommended anybody rooms so dirty dirty bathroom cockroaches on the floor, water running nonstop in the bathroom, dirty bathroom TV was not working no breakfast

Absolutely disgusting. The cleaning lady was in a crop top and booty shorts with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth going in and out of rooms “cleaning”. The room was gross and the bathroom was even worse. Tub was black and the ceiling looked like it was falling in. Pool was cloudy and dirty. Debris was all around and in the pool from the road and trees. We asked for a crib when we booked our room, then was told during check in that they don’t offer cribs.

I made the reservation using ***********, due to the amount the charge got refused by my credit card, not for NSF, but for protection, the charge were supposed to be 631. Since that I was kind of last minute the person responsible charged me 901 instead, my bad I agreed, I was with my daughters and for some reason I thaught that all the rooms were sold out everywhere else. During my stay, at no time the room was maintain, on multiple time I had to go to the office to get face cloth, towel and even toilet paper. Please fon't get fooled by " breakfast included" You'll have: a pack of two muffins from the store, a tender bar and a bottle of water, that you'll have to bring to your room or elsewhere but not a dining area. And coffee and juice. The lady working there is very nice.

Spending the night at this hotel it’s a nightmare. Starting off with $405/night for a dirty room just not worth it It was our 1st vacation at Myrtle Beach 4 my fam & we loved it, with the exemption of the hotel
