We had a relaxing beachfront double bed suite. Room is cozy and spacious. 3 minutes walk to the beach. My children enjoyed rhe swimming pool and lazy river pool. It was an amazing stay. Would recommend and will stay again there next time 🥰

My girlfriend and I stayed here for Valentine's Day. We got an Oceanfront room that was modern-looking and very clean. The staff was very helpful, even during a power outage in the area. They have their own parking garage when there aren't any spots available in front of the hotel.

This hotel was nice and clean. VERY clean!! Great location!!! They were recently renovated so they were still working out the glitches but overall a good stay. Would have been great if my husband and I could have gotten a room on an upper floor but they weren't able to do so. But next time I will just make sure I request an upper floor when booking. Also I want to shout out the housekeeping staff. They were truly so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back. Oh and one thing I think needs to be added is a table. My husband and I order out and eat in the room but we had nowhere to eat but on the bed.

They definitely need more help as there was a line at least 15 deep for registration. The lobby definitely can’t handle that volume as it is extremely small and need to take the office they use for “snacks” to buy and use that area to make a bigger lobby. The pool definitely needs to be HEATED!!!! There were kids in the pool cause they don’t care but couldn’t use the pool cause it was like a cold plunge. Restaurant staff could be a little nicer and helpful. We were there when a new person just started that day and whoever was training him needed to be trained herself especially in customer service. Over all this is a nice hotel and would stay again. They just need to make a few adjustments. Hey all my opinion and you know what opinions are like lol.
