Construction everywhere guys gawking. Pools not open. Broken toilet seat, broker chester drawers. Accommodations were horrible. No breakfast. Refrigerator noise all night. Just a horrible experience. Offered no better room. So dissapointed. Not able to transfer to a sister hotel who had better accommodations

I loved that this property was oceanfront with a full kitchen option. My kids loved the indoor heated pool and lazy river.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will for sure be staying there again. Loved our room. Perfect view of the ocean and sunrise.

My daughter chose this location for my birthday weekend and it was not bad. The communication was great via text message before we arrived. The staff was super friendly at checkin and made sure we had the Murphy bed instead of sleeper sofa. The only down size was the first set of elevators we tried to use was not working but other then that all other issues were handled ie tv was not plugged in properly so they sent maintenance. The room was clean and very quiet

The hotel itself & amentities were great, the view grom the room was amazing but the room was dirty!! & smelled like mildew so bad, pretty sure the smell was the carpets. Otherwise the swimming & beach access was great.

Bathtub Leaked water out onto the floor and through the floors to the front door. Couldnt take a shower or a bath because the tub leaked all the water to the floors making it very inconvenient.
