Hyatt Place Mystic

I have been to this hotel many times over a couple of decades and it never disappoints. Great staff, excellent heated pool with bathhouse and a very good breakfast. Every time I stay there I say to myself I wish I could live here lol.

Our hotel stay was great. It was the second year we've stayed at Hyatt. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good too. We'll definitely go back.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the property was close to the seaport, which was great. Everything about the hotel was great, except the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were poor quality and dry and very few choices.

The hotel and the property are so nice. The room is large and comfortable. The bed was so nice. We stay there everytime we go to Mystic.

It’s a high volume hotel that needs a refresher - it had a distinct and not very pleasant smell- it was overall distasteful. The floors in the room had some sort of cleaning product which made them slippery and feel waxed and sticky. I hate to be negative but for the price - was not really a value.

Staff was very responsive and friendly. Great breakfast selections were available. Room was spacious but bathroom was much too small/tight while space elsewhere in the room went underutilized.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. While most hotel rooms are a bedroom with a small table & chairs, this is more like a large living room with the bed off to the side. Both the couch and the bed were extremely comfortable. Perfectly located with the Aquarium and village literally around the corner, and the museum under 10 minutes away. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend and stay there again.
