Reviews of Naantali Spa Hotel

Service was great and the surroundings are so beautiful! It was very hot in the hotel room though and no aircon. We also needed to ask for things for our little traveller (4 yr old), that you'd expect to already be in the room - such as a towel. They didn't mention at the reception that there is a playroom and we found it by accident. The saunas were great. The spa is better for adults than kids. The restaurant downstairs was great and the gin was divine. The buffet breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Overall, a pleasant stay!

It's a nice, clean hotel in a beautiful location. I didn't really like the spa itself; there were a lot of children, it was very noisy, and the one Turkish sauna, which was shared with men, was really disconcerting. I went there naked after the women's shower, because there was a sign saying swimsuits were prohibited, and there were men and women in there together. It was very unpleasant; the sign stating that it was a unisex sauna was very small and unnoticeable. And the changing rooms and showers were cold.

The room was a bit old-fashioned, the trash was not emptied between two nights. At breakfast, the children's high chairs were unfortunately out of stock. Otherwise, a nice hotel.

日本の方も多く宿泊しているようでした。 フロントの対応が素晴らしい体験です。 日時が近くなると、オンラインチェックインのURLが来ます。 必要事項をそこから入力しておけば、チェックインはかなりスムーズでパスポートを見せる必要もありません！ 事前の荷物も簡単に預けることができました！ 2026年にサウナがリニューアルされたばかりで、本当にピカピカ！世界的に有名なスパを堪能できました。 特によかったのが、夫婦で一緒に楽しめる水着着用のサウナが3つもあること。 本格的なフィンランドのサウナ文化に触れられて、心身ともにリフレッシュできました。 特にホテル近くの桟橋からの夕日が綺麗です。
