Khayam Garden Beach Resort & Spa

This hotel is amazing I have now stayed several times and each time the staf have been amazing hands off to the entertainment are brilliant great with children and adults work so hard not single fault it’s amazing hotel

was my second time at Khayam Beach Hotel i like the place and the team, but i was thinking the last time was better in term of room hygiene and pool wise.. restaurant team work so hard and very professionally maybe more variety cuisines will do.. I'm going back in December and looking forward to be there to be honest as feel very comfortable to be in other hotel. see you very soon!

Second tier resort with ok facilities but poor room cleaning. Stayed for 3 days in early October, booked direct with full board (includes buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner and drinks at meal times). Most people are all inclusive. No wines by the glass and their cheapest (bad; 1st bottle was corked) rose was 13.5€. Weather was OK- warm but some cloud and wind. Staff especially in the restaurant and the entertainment team work hard. Food was OK - self serve icecream, desserts, pizza and pasta were great. Would have been bored of food if we stayed for a week. Food variety not as good as in Turkey. Pool and beach jetty were nice and slides were fun- we all got some minor scrapes. Hotel is aged although public areas are in ok condition. Biggest let down was the state of the room - adjoining room for the kids was great but the rooms were poorly cleaned; hairs on floors, sheets and in cupboards and the walls and floor needed a good clean. My wife was depressed spending time in the room as she likes things clean. Really needed a deep clean. House keeping never made up our room over our 2 night stay despite having a make up my room sign on the door. Price was reasonable though - next time would pay more for somewhere nicer and/or cleaner but could be worth it if you get a bargain and aren't so fussed about room cleanliness.

A very boring stay , we reserved for 4 nights but we decided to break the reservation at the third day and leave the hotel bc of the disappointment we had from their breakfast and dinner buffet , was really awful ,everyday the same food , no variety at all , tasteless and some food are not well cooked .. there is no kids food except hard chicken nuggets not suitable for kids , also the beach is completely rocky , there is no where to swim , if you are looking for sandy beach this is not the right place .also the location of the hotel doesn’t sound to be around a touristic ***** , so there were no big plans that we could do outside the hotel.

This hotel does not even deserve 3 stars. The beach in front of it is rocky and not for swimming. The pools are not that big. The food is very average and always the meat cooked on the spot is half cooked. The waiters there are very annoying, when you ask them for something they make you feel embarrassed, and the funny thing they are dividing the restaurant into territories and they only serve their territory and if you ask a waiter he will say I don't serve that area ask another waiter. Overall, we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel and I don't recommend it.

🚨TOBOGGANS: ATTENTION DANGER!!! 🆘 Les toboggans de cet établissement, qui, bien que particulièrement attractifs pour les visiteurs de tous âges, sont dépourvus de mesures de sécurité même les plus basiques. 😳 La situation est d'autant plus préoccupante que le personnel en charge de la surveillance semble détourner son attention des responsabilités cruciales qui lui incombent. 👙Il est déplorable de constater que l'individu chargé de superviser ces installations semble avoir une vision bien à lui de ses priorités. Il privilégie l’observation et l’analyse approfondie des maillots de bain des touristes féminines plutôt que de se consacrer à sa mission de surveillance. 😭 De plus, les SIX surveillants présents à la base des toboggans semblent davantage engagés dans des conversations en arabe sur la bêtise des touristes, que dans une observation attentive de la piscine. 🫣 Ce laxisme atteint son paroxysme lors des incidents. Les membres du personnel agissent de manière contraire aux bonnes pratiques en adoptant des mobilisations du dos et les étirements, au risque d’aggraver une fracture, au lieu de contacter les secours.. Les conséquences de cette négligence sécuritaire pourraient être désastreuses, allant de paraplégie à tétraplégie, voire au pire des cas, la mort subite. Dans notre cas, nous avons eu la chance d'éviter le pire scénario, avec une fracture de la vertèbre et une opération qui a été évitée de justesse. Cependant, il est essentiel de souligner que les risques de fragilité à long terme subsistent. Je tiens à préciser que mon commentaire ne concerne que la gestion des toboggans, n'ayant pas eu l'occasion d'évaluer d'autres aspects de cet hôtel. 🤌Je recommande vivement la mise en place de mesures de sécurité adéquates, notamment l'instauration de lignes flottantes par toboggan pour prévenir les collisions, ainsi que la mise en place d'un système de signalisation clair pour indiquer lorsque le toboggan est VRAIMENT libre. J'espère sincèrement que ce message contribuera à sensibiliser l’ensemble des utilisateurs de ces infrastructures. Restez vigilants! 🙏🏾

One of the best resort I ever been. Rooms clear, except the toilette for me. You can find international food but typical tunisien food, I appreciated it. the best part of the resort are the animator guys. They are so good, friendly. One of the best animator guy is Simo, he has a part of my heart, cute and friendly. Thanks guys for this amazing experience🩷

we payed all inclusive for a very expansive small and dirty seaview room number 2316 almost 800 euro for 3 nights , for very low service, phone broken I ask to be fixed but 4 days nobody come to fix it, room very small and dirty , housekeeper name Ines is very aggresive low class and not polite + liar , when we ask for room slipper she said no no we don't give while she gave slipper to other customer , bar pool service is 0 when my husband ask for beer they give beer in a small cup when a foreigner ask for beer he gave big cup of beer while both of us wearing same purple braclet all inclusive , pizzaria pool service is 0 they refused to give us pizza they said we have to book/reserve a pizza before while we were first in the line to ask , which is funny I payed for all inclusive to book / reserve one pizza !!!! creperi pool service is medium they very slow not smiling or welcoming customers , you feel they are forced to do the job or too tired , food is nice but some of the waiters working in the restaurent when you choose a table they come quickly to say it is reserved for cusotmer while nobody come for hours and there is no sign or paper that it is reserved , and am also a cusotmer who payed 800 euro for 3 nights dirty small seaview room , the staff are racist they treat customers not the same , if you are foreigner good for you if you are Tunisian service is differant while I payed more than them ....this is what I remmember , I don t recommand it at all , only few staff are nice and food is nice beach is nice but sauvage full of rocks if you are not wearing beach shoes it is really painful , use one when you swim. burikini not allowed .
