It’s a perfect getaway for the hustle and bustle of our city life. We have enjoyed a lot of the onsen experience. Worth mention that the hotel has offered several activities on spot, fishing, a walking trail around the island with a scenic onsen foot bath.

Took 4 hour trains from Osaka but totally worth it! Everything is perfect - the room with seaview, breakfast, dinner, onsen, free icecream and umeshu lounge, and especially the top-tier service. Highly recommended.

Extremely good service and good. Outstanding and attentive staff to make your stay feel great. Not too many people which was great and big plus for sending to train station with car when it rained a lot.

I stay 2 night here. Service is excellence as always. Do check in before heading to Port and ask where is the place. Got lounge and timing for ship to bring you to the hotel. There is also shuttle bus bring u to train or bus station from the port so do request for it

Onsen is very superb. Food is delicious. At 15.00 free beer!! Sake and umeshu is free at 19.00. Room is clean and comfortable.

From Figure 1, you can clearly see that the hotel occupies an island (Is it the only hotel that I can take this angle? I am proud). It takes 7 minutes to walk from Kii Katsuura Station to the pier. The reception of the hotel is next to the Nakatora Store. You can contact the hotel in advance and pick it up at the station. After that, the staff at the reception will send you to the pier to take a boat to the hotel. The hotel is a modern and fashionable new Japanese style, very beautiful! The most basic room type we booked is also very large and the room is beautiful! The hotel meals are very good, one dish after another, and the tableware is also very beautiful. There are Japanese and Western breakfasts, and some buffets. We stayed for two nights and chose different types. The dinners for two days were also different, and they were all very good! There are free drinks in the lobby and the rest area on the room floor in the afternoon and evening. There are wine and snacks in the lobby at night, and popsicles are available for free 24 hours. The hotel hot spring is large and beautiful. The men's and women's pools will be exchanged in the morning, and there are foot baths by the sea and foot baths on the mountain. There is a trail on the mountain, and you can see the beautiful scenery of Ki-no-Matsushima at the end. The hotel service is impeccable! Everyone is very enthusiastic. The smile of the driver at the reception is unforgettable. When we checked in, Song Teng enthusiastically explained the use of various facilities to us who did not speak English. Every employee in the restaurant served us enthusiastically... Thank you to every employee! I will go to this hotel again if I have the chance!

The hotel service is very good, the breakfast and dinner are also delicious, you can see dolphins near the room, several hot springs are also very unique, the park on the top of the mountain is worth a visit, overall the whole stay is still very satisfactory.

The hotel recommended by Xiaohongshu has no other problems except that it is expensive. But the price is expensive for a reason. Stayed for two nights in a row. The dinner was delicious. The scenery was also good. It was worth the price and it was worth visiting twice.

It's really great value. The hotel is on the island. After contacting, the car will pick you up at the train station and take you to the ferry. You can check in before 2 o'clock, and then send you off according to your itinerary for the next day. Very good, you can check in at around 2 o'clock and check out at 11 o'clock, which is more humane than other hot spring hotels. The food is also the best among all the hot spring hotels I have stayed in.

Friendly and thoughtful service. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. There was free beer in the afternoon, and plum wine and sake after 7pm. There is an observation deck at the top of the mountain where you can soak in the foot bath.

This hotel is a little far from Osaka, as it takes four hours to get to Kii-Katsuura Station by JR. But the hotel service is really good. The breakfast and dinner of the one-night-two-meals package are very sincere! Matsusaka beef, tuna, and abalone are all available. It is really cost-effective to bring meals with you!
