Crowne Plaza FIJI NADI BAY RESORT & SPA by IHG

The hotel is undergoing major construction, and it's been noisy since the morning for a long time now. I asked the front desk, and they insisted they knew nothing about it. The AC in the room is controlled by motion, so if you're not in the room or sleeping, the AC doesn't work. It was so hot I couldn't sleep. This is the same control method for every room, so changing rooms wouldn't solve it. Staying at this hotel was truly a torture; noisy construction during the day, and hot at night because of the AC. Do not book this hotel, you will regret it immensely. I complained to the front desk and even spoke to the manager, but not a single apology was offered. I haven't seen such poor service and attitude in a long time. I wonder if they treat all guests this way, or just Chinese guests. The hotel charges aren't cheap. Don't believe any positive reviews, because the breakfast is also terrible; I initially thought breakfast would be a highlight. The hotel's environment is also just average, as evidenced by the photos. Later, I moved to the Sheraton, and the room environment and breakfast were infinitely better. The price difference wasn't significant either. I also filed a formal complaint through Ctrip, but this hotel clearly doesn't care. What kind of service and quality can you expect from them?

A really great hotel! The local staff were super friendly, and the pool was huge and perfect for photos. The room was clean, and even though the ground floor was a bit humid, it wasn't an issue as long as the windows were closed.
