Our room lacked a hot water facility, requiring us to request a change. The replacement room had a broken shower with uneven water flow, and the sliding glass door caught my partner's fingers. While the resort grounds are clean, the rooms showed dust in several areas and bugs in the shower.Key Issues: No hot water in initial room.Faulty shower and unsafe sliding door in bath room.Dusty rooms and insects in bathrooms.Absence of elevators forced staff to carry heavy luggage upstairs, which felt burdensome for them. Saying so, People are very friendly and polite and also supported in hiring our car.

Avoid pitfalls 1. Ctrip shows that it is close to the airport, but the actual transportation distance is very far. It takes about RMB to take a taxi one way. Please don't write any straight-line distance on Ctrip. 2. You can describe the so-called breakfast with words you don't like 3. When I checked out, I was going to take a taxi, but the front desk said that they had a work car that could take me to the airport. I thought it was free, and I was thinking that this could make up for their difference. After taking me, I asked for money, and it was not less than a rental 4. It can be said that it is in the mountains, and the farther away it is surrounded by mountains. The natural environment is OK, far away from the downtown area 5. Hotel facilities, old rooms, Ctrip pictures, please refer to them with caution 6. The room price is low, but with the transportation fee, it is not low
