Strategic location in the town area. Walking distance near to Nagano Station. Easy walk around to get food or even shopping All the amenities placed at the lobby area, any time replenish when needed easily. The space of the room not too big or small.... Good...

Sotetsu is my go to chain for a basic and fuss free hotel. The location is great, just opposite Nagano Station and there’s a Lawson just below the hotel, perfect for late night snacks shopping. Room is basic but comfortable,

Small but clean room to stay. Also, very convenient as it is very close to the station. Staff are very helpful.

The hotel has a convenient location near the train station, and there's a Lawson on the first floor. However, the bathtub was dirty.

Taking into consideration that this is a budget hotel, however the room cleanliness is horrendous with females hair lying around ?!?!?!. Room smells of second hand smokes (they only have smoking rooms).

Second time staying in a Sotetsu Feeesa Inn hotel and it did not disappoint! Location was just 5 mins walk from the train station. Staff was very nice and friendly. Amenities were self service and was great! 100% recommended to anyone visiting Japan.

About 5 minutes walk to the train station and restaurants, but it’s a bit strange that the hotel is located on partial floors of a building. The area is easy to travel with public transport; it only took 15 mins on the bus to the Temple. The staff were helpful during check in. The room is big but old, and the bed sheet got stained, the pillow is quite comfy though. Overall it worths the money considering the location.

Very convenient location, near trains and next to Don Quixote! Service was excellent and warm. Room was good for its price and modern and clean. Walkable to the temples :) would stay again!

Sotetsu fresco inn Nagano is located just 5 mins walk from Nagano high speed train station. It is easy to visit tourist places like zenkoji temple (walkable distance) and snow monkey park (take tour bus behind train station). There is a sheltered overhead bridge to the hotel. The hotel is also located near many eating places (local and international ones like Starbucks and KFC) and malls (many of them selling local produce). It’s not hard to find places to eat and shop for all meals. The service in the hotel is good too. Staff will greet you the moment you enter the lobby and are quick in responding to your request. The toiletries are placed in the lobby and not in the room. Hence you need to take what you need before going into your room. The room is small and the bed and pillows are soft (does sink in a bit). The window is frosted so you cannot see the outside. You will probably get a decent rest if you are staying just 1 or 2 nights. But for more nights, perhaps the room is a bit too claustrophobic as there is no room to place to place the luggage and any other accessories you may bring along. There are also only a few local channels on TV. It was cold during winter at about 3 degrees. Thankfully the room and shower heater is effective and comfortable. Check-in and out is fast as I just need to insert my room card into the machine. Overall it’s a great experience and you are definitely getting more than the price you paid for.

The hotel was right across the street from the station which made it very convenient. There were also a lot of food options. . The room was modern, clean and quiet. And the staff was friendly and courteous.

Went with my mother and was happy with how close it was to nagano station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easily done via a machine on the premises. They had a lovely selection of complimentary drinks at the check in area. Fuss free and with lawson just downstairs.
