I booked two rooms with my parents, a family of four. They were on the second and third floors. The receptionist took our passports and registered but ignored us. No one helped me move my luggage. We were a 70-year-old couple traveling together, and the best thing about it was the amazing night view. It was nice that we could see it equally from all the rooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were picked up and dropped off by a minibus from Nagasaki Station, which was convenient. The bath and breakfast were excellent. I would recommend this to my friends. The only thing that bothered me was that the refrigerator motor was a little loud. That said, I was tired from walking during the day and slept soundly.
