Unlike other grand base , the landlord didn’t provide any information before check in. The cooking tools was broken and can’t use.Terrible experience

Located on an inner street, the hotel offers self-service check-in, making the check-in process simple. The room is spacious, with separate toilets and bathrooms. There's a kitchen for cooking and plenty of hanging space. It's a great choice.

The bathroom only had a shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided, and there was also a washing machine. There was a toothbrush, but no pajamas, so I recommend bringing your own. The room was clean, but the wall of the sink was a bit dirty, which bothered me a little. It was comfortable and could accommodate a large group.

The accommodation is beautiful and clean but quite far from the station. The surrounding area is very quiet. It may seem lonely at night. There is an additional service charge upon check-in. It's probably a tax.

Check in process was confusing with the tablet. No real person to check you in. There was a fee of 500 yen per person which we did not know about. The elevator had a very bad odor. Limited amenities inside the room, only provided towels and toothbrush. No umbrellas provided. The room also had a very bad odor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall ok stay.

This hotel is amazing!! We were glad it was our last hotel as we would have been very disappointed with all of our other hotels in other cities if we would have started with this one! 4 separate beds, a nice living room area, a nice bathroom, and small kitchen. The only suggestion is some kind of hanger contraption would have been handy to dry laundry. We were able to rig up a clothes line between the closet area and our suitcase.

Exactly what we needed! Excellent location for visiting tourist spots, excellent size with fantastic amenities. Check in process was relatively easy (unmanned building) and we had no issues at all. Very comfortable, felt like a home.
