Located right next to the JR station and AMU plaza, it is the most convenient location in town. The hotel just opened its door in January 2024. The check in lobby is located on 7th floor, where the ground floor has a hotel reception counter. Since the lobby is located the 7th floor, the view of the city is spectacular and the natural lights is abundant. We are checked into near the top floor with a room facing south. Staff generally speak good English. The room is spacious, given the proximity to the JR station. There are quite much storage space in the room. Hotel amenities in the bathroom is quite abundant and of good quality. Kudo must be given to Mr Minamoto san, the room manager. I was feeling unwell during my stay, he has been very helpful in arranging doctor appointment, and even help us bring our luggage to Nagasaki bus station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel. Even comparing with other very good Japanese staff, Mr Minamoto is outstanding in service and knowledge, and definitely an asset to the hotel.

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

The hotel is very close to the JR station. We first went to the comprehensive sightseeing information center at the station to buy a one-day tram pass, which allows unlimited tram rides for one day. Then exit the station from the direction of the comprehensive tourist information center, walk through AMU PLAZA, and cross the overpass to the hotel. Under the overpass is the tram stop and the road (part of it is currently under construction). There is an elevator going up and down the overpass, and you get to the hotel entrance right after you get off the elevator, which is very convenient. You can only check in at 3pm. We stored our luggage at the hotel and went out to play. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good.

The hotel is conveniently located. When we arrived at the lobby, the staff was quick to give us a print out on how to drive to the car park. We booked a standard room and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I dropped a earring in the room and the housekeeping staff was nice to place it on the table for me. Thank you! I like that the hotel pay attention to details such as providing print out in English on how to operate the air-conditioning/heater and also the TV remote.

I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby. I knew the cold and the full content of the hotel, so I decided by the amount presented by the hotel. The elevator is rare in a business hotel and 3,4 units. All of the facilities are old, and although at first glance they appear to be kept clean, there are signs that cleaning has been cut corners in some places. Needless to say, the bathrooms are small, which is common among business hotels. The entrance is a staircase, which I feel it is difficult to use for people with physical disabilities such as wheelchairs or people with large luggage (although there may be an elevator from the underground parking lot). You would think that this would be the quality of service at a cheap hotel outside of Japan, but the quality is not as good as it is in Japan. It is not suitable as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki, and would be better used as a place to check in late at night and leave early in the morning.

Easily the friendliest welcome I've ever had at hostel! Located very close to Nagasaki Station. There are private cabins with their own locks and lock boxes, so security is very good. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast for ¥500 is very good value! Would highly recommend!

I chose this hotel for the purpose of night view, and since it was used by one person, I used the room of ”single Western room (night view side)”, but it was a failure. You can see the night view, but the main building is on the left and bottom of the window, obstructing the panoramic view. Also, this room is dim during the day, and when the lights are turned on at night, the ceiling lights at the entrance are unusually dazzling. I had to turn off the wall switch to turn off the lights, but then the ceiling lights in the room were turned off, and I couldn't use it even though I had a lighting remote control. There was no outlet in the washbasin of the old unit bath in the room, and I couldn't use a hair dryer. There were many inconveniences and the room was very uncomfortable for me. However, the night view from the lobby and the large communal bath (including the women's bath!) Is superb! It is also fresh that the washing area of the large communal bath was a tatami mat. If I wanted to see a similar night view, I later learned that ”15 tatami Japanese-style room (night view side)” was recommended, and I found out that there are various types of ”(night view side)”, which made me very disappointed. The staff were all kind and kind, and even though they were used alone, they were able to pick up and drop off between the station and the hotel. The breakfast buffet was lonely with a small number of items, but the staff was very kind here as well. It's not a new hotel, but it's clean and feels good. We put an extra bed in the twin and stayed with 3 people, but it was large enough. From the room on the north side of the 10th floor, there are no tall buildings around, so the view is good and you can see Mt. Inasa. Construction of stadiums and other facilities is underway around the station, so you can see if JR is running. It was about 15 minutes on foot to the Inasayama Ropeway station, so I walked back without waiting for the bus. I think the breakfast is delicious and the number of items is necessary and sufficient. The venue is a little dazzling on the 15th floor, but the south side can see the sightseeing spot in the city and the view is good.

Be careful when you check in. It's unmanned check-in and machined. It's not working normally, so you have to talk to me on the phone.
