The waiters were kind and polite. There is a terrace, washing machine, clothes dryer and cooking stove. Items provided include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. The room is small but well-equipped. There is a convenience store within a few minutes' walk, which is very convenient. The location of the hotel is suitable for those who want to stay on their own. Excellent amenities, with a kitchen and laundry in the suite. There is a rental fee for cutlery etc if you want to use the kitchen; we didn't use the stove but the microwave and fridge was very useful to us. There are also two conbini across the street where you can buy laundry soap and other amenities and two theme parks that is great for kids and are walkable from the hotel. The only downside is that there are slim dining options in the area save for one yakiniku restaurant a little bit of a farther walk from Pineapple Park and a soba shop with limited hours the opposite way
