Repeat visit! It's my to go hotel when ever I am in Batam! Room is big , clean and worth the money ! Heard alot about the weekend Seafood Symphony party and decided to go on Friday! It is on 10% discount that day and it served plenty of foods from stir fry, BBQ, grill, soup , desserts and even alcohol to choose from! And it's free flow! We had a great time! Will come back again soon!

It was my first time stay here and I impressed with this hotel. The check in took less than 10 mins and the rooms were ready too. The room is spacious and clean. Tv comes with a lot of channels to watch and the room service is 24/7. The housekeeping service was tip top. The room does not come with iron, but when we requested for 1, they provided us within 10 minutes. The spread for the breakfast was great too. Spacious, lots of seats and the topup for the food was fast. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and recommended for others to consider.

Decent stay venue. The room was tired and in need of a renovation and had some maintenance issues. Basically a tired hotel and apart a residence ... Also as there are several Aston I now know be careful which one you book ... It's not clear really as Trip puts several close to landmarks. I actually want Aston Hotel City Center but I thought that it was in Batam Center not Nagoya (as I wished).

I love everything about this place. Aston Batam Hotel will become my favorite hotel 🏨 I will only stay at this hotel every time I come to Batam. On the day I was leaving, it was my birthday, and the staff brought me a cake and wished me a happy birthday.

love love love my stay at Aston Batam Hotel and Residence! Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great too. Bath tub was a plus. Will definitely come back here again when I am in Batam

The hotel we stayed at Batam was good. Our first room is good, but the toilet handle was broken. After we feedback to the front desk, they were efficient to change a new room for us. Overall, the stayed experience was great.

Love the gym n hygiene, friendly staff always smiling and cheerful. Sad to say the Aicon noise at night and room not sound proof. Can hear noise from main road traffic and other rooms. Airocn is noisy even higher the temperature or reduced fan speed, it has a noisy buzzing sound, can hear even wearing earplugs... Didnt rest well. More vegetables and healthy options in breakfast are needed. Other than that it is a great hotel.
