Tara Studio Nagoya

Room smells musky, room service didnt do a proper job in cleaning up the room on the next day. Impossible to do slight late check out despite them checking us in late. Horrible. Shall be my last time using tara studio. Not only that, the rest of my team members also says the same thing as we booked multiple room.. Book at your own risk

Booked 2x 2 bedroom apartment. Even though the location is superb, but in terms of the apartment ameneties, its terrible. Room 1 had multiple power trip in a day, Aircon Leaking. But they are quick to deploy the maintenence to rectify. Thats a given plus point. Room 2, the hairdryer is not firmly secured to the wall. Each time we use the hairdryer, the whole wall mounting will drop and that is an electrical hazard as its close to the sink.

The location is very convenient with lots of shops right downstairs, so food and essentials are easily accessible. Getting a Grab was quick and hassle-free.

Have stayed more than 5 times here. Our go to place whenever we are at batam. Food is very easily found. Right below the hotel. Convenience store is just below as well.

Tara Studio was quite hard to locate as there was no clear signage. After checking in, we were unexpectedly directed to Fave Hotel, which is in a separate building. It was confusing and inconvenient — I don’t understand why guests need to check in at one hotel only to stay in another. It would be much better if guests could go directly to the correct reception.

The location is good, and there are so many food courts around the hotel, the staffs are friendly as well, overall enjoy staying here during my trip.
