Pretext for family Took a little long to do our check in. Shopping mall just stone away Downstairs with spa and massage 2 bedded room for families with kitchen, washing machine and living room even balcony. Cozy and welcome with welcome drink & snacks. Love the bandung kuih lapis as compliments Happy stay !

Nice and new hotel, just beside Grand Batam Mall. Is a quick 10mins drive from Harbour Bay. Location is great - close to Nagoya Centre as well. Rooms are big and clean!!

Great stay overall. The hotel’s location is excellent close to the mall, massage places, and other conveniences. What stood out most was how friendly and helpful the staff were, making the entire stay enjoyable. Not to forget, the breakfast is simply amazing (especially the danish! Top notch quality)

Location is just next to Grand Batam Mall. It is also very near to A2 food court, and other eatery places recommended by youtuber within walking distance. Room is clean, quiet and looks new. Grab to ferry batam centre is easy and fast.

Room very spacious for children to stay together. Breakfast varieties were good for both adults and children. Location is excellent as it’s next to Grand Batam. The only complaint is lift slow and waited a while if you staying high floors.

Excellent location. Has direct access to Grand Batam Mall on levels 2, 4 and 5. Breakfast buffet has a good spread and different selections on the two days we stayed there. Restaurant was crowded during breakfast so we sat outside near the pool. Had a power trip in the room during our stay but staff was quick to fix it. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Enjoyed live music on Friday and Saturday night.

Really love this hotel. Very comfortable, clean and new. Pillows are so comfortable. Conveniently located next to Grand Batam Mall with many massage places nearby. Highly recommended!
